Smooth Process, Helpful Staff

As a first-time buyer, I was very pleased with the agents knowledge and expertise. Their communication with me was excellent and they worked professionally to help push the process along by communicating the various parties involved other than myself. Only minor suggestion is that communication between their offices could have been a bit clearer especially on the occasion that I arranged a viewing and the attending agent was aware of the purpose. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Parker’s Burghfield common sold our bungalow for us. Despite the difficult Covid circumstances all the staff provided an excellent service. Exchange of contracts and completion day did prove challenging but Parker’s were always there to chase things up keep us up to date with developments and progress. In particular Chrissie was outstanding and it was very helpful and reassuring to know that someone was keeping an eye on a long chain of house moves. I would thoroughly recommend Parker’s Burghfield Common.

"We rented our flat from..."

We rented our flat from Parkers over a year ago and they were brilliant. We were only in town for 2 days trying to see as many as possible and they arranged viewings quickly, even suggesting other flats. One was over our budget but they got the rent down for us and here we are today! A very quick, efficient service with the hold and paper work signed before we had to leave town and we had the same girl look after us. A bit of confusion with our renewal since our landlord wanted us to go on to a rolling contract but they were very flexible and we soon got our fee back. Looking to expand to a small house now and and would love to use Parkers again but they don't seem to have anything suitable at the moment, which is a real shame! I'll keep my eyes peeled though.

Excellent service provided by Dale and his team in total contrast to the previous estate agent that we tried before Parkers who provided no viewings on the house that we had to sell and precious little communication. Parkers kept us up to date continuously on the house sale and went out of their way to help with finalising the transaction. Stuart and Kyle and the rest of the team were excellent. They sold my house for asking in less than 10 days to someone they contacted rather than someone who saw it on Rightmove and likewise the property they sold me, Stuart mentioned it when I called about a different property which shows that Parkers added value over and above simply a route onto Rightmove. The exchange process dragged on as a chain of 6 or 7 can do but Parkers kept momentum going, kept chasing solicitors and ensured clients were kept informed and all working toward the same completion date. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again, I firmly believe that they provided so much more than an internet-only estate agent would have done. Thanks to everyone at the Burghfield office for their hard work and excellent service.
