This is the most unprofessional lettings agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should have known things were awry when they referred me to their sister branch to sign the contract as they didn't have a lettings agent then. The property was not cleaned before my moving in. That was the first red flag that stood out to us. Once I needed to have a leak in the kitchen sink repaired but it never happened despite my notifying Parkers Burghfield Common multiple times. They told me that they would do quarterly property inspections (which is excessive to begin with) and then said to me that they'd visit every two months. If anything, this whole experience has been the motivation I needed to keep building the deposit for my first home. Guess who I won't be buying my first home through?

I approached Parkers because I wanted a fresh view on the sale of our house, as we were not making the progress we wanted. I was told that Stu was the man and even though I said I really wanted candid opinion, I honestly didn't expect it, but we received it in buckets! Our house sold immediately, fell through due to Covid relocation, and then sold very quickly again. Stu is a top man, on top of his game and great to deal with. As with some of the other comments, a very refreshing change! I'm a cynic at heart but can't recommend highly enough. Apologies that the pastries never arrived however, Stu :-)

Have used Parkers for Letting our property about 5 years ago. Their professionalism and personal service then, was second to none. It made perfect sense to sell through them too. Patrick and team managed the process and worked hard to keep the chain updated and expectations managed. The service was highly professional and every single member in the Burghfield branch offered the same consistence friendly service. They are able to get results and will persevere should the going get tough. Great service and great people!

Parkers looked after the sale of the house we were buying in Burghfield Common. Chrissie did an amazing job keeping a large chain on track for a challenging completion date. I'm not sure we would have completed on time without her! She kept all of us informed with everything that was happening and helped to resolve any problems. We don't plan to move again for some time but if we do we'd want Chrissie involved! Thank you!

We cannot speak highly enough of the way Parkers helped us sell our house in Mortimer and purchase our present one in Burghfield Common. The whole staff went out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of each detail all the way through and it wasn't just the processes, but the friendly attitude of everybody at each stage of the journey. Chrissie was particularly outstanding for the later stages and we always felt safe and secure in what was happening. Even after we had completed and moved in, we accidentally locked ourselves out and Parkers immediately helped us. Highly recommended-why go elsewhere when you can get such good and friendly service ! The team understood our brief and provided us with help and guidance both with the sale of our property to a local first time buyer and with a property we wanted purchase. I should add that this was also during the uncertain times brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Parkers response to this was also handled with complete professionalism. Recently completed on a super long purchase of over 7 months and 10 people in the chain. Impressed from the moment I met the estate agent, Chrissie. She showed us around a few properties all in one afternoon to save us making more visits to the area than necessary. Then for the next 7 months she made 110% effort to ensure I was kept in contact in regards to the purchase and chased all the way the down the chain continually. Amazing customer service.
