For almost 70 years we've been helping people in the south of England to move. We'd love to help you join the list of thousands of happy Parkers buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. The first Parkers branch opened in Gloucester in 1948, and we've carefully grown our network since then. We're respected within the communities we serve for our consistently high levels of service, and we're proud of our reputation as estate agents who are great at what we do. Whether you're looking to buy, sell or rent - we can help. Pick up the phone and speak to our team, or just pop into our office for a chat. When it comes to property, you can rely on us. Why not get started by booking an accurate valuation and finding out what the property you're looking to buy or sell is really worth?

GoogleI recently rented a property from Parkers at short notice. Andrea and Jayne were really great in helping to move this forward to meet my timescales and my family had a very smooth transition to our home. Great comms and very responsive. Thanks!

GoogleParkers at Burghfield Common sold our house and were also the agent for the house we purchased. Dale, Chrissie and Tom were instrumental in helping to ensure as smooth a move as possible with superb communication - prompt, accurate and friendly. Excellent. Definitely recommended.

GoogleI have used Parkers for both property sale and letting. It's so hard to choose from brief interviews with a number of local agents. However, I feel we chose the most diligent and professional team and would recommend them to anyone locally. Patrick in particular was a star.
Thank you for your kind words!

Googlepoor communication between sellers and buyers, kept out of the loop and lost out on property, not good service here. Lost out on house and seller lost out on 5% higher bid because of it.
Sorry you feel this way. We had numerous offers on this property and the vendor decided to go with another offer. The team at Burghfield Common.

GoogleThe staff at Parkers in Burghfield were very helpful and communicative during what unfortunately turned out to be a 7 month long chain. Having Chrissie available to provide updates on both our sale and purchase was enormously helpful during a stressful time.

FacebookEveryone in the office is friendly and professional. Our move went through quickly with communication from Parkers, if not from the solicitor! Thanks to Stu and Kyle in particular 😀

GoogleStuart, Kyle and Patrick did a fantastic job in selling our house and helping us purchase our new home. They were friendly and easy to deal with, and also did a great job in managing a long and at times complicated chain to completion during these crazy times.
Thanks Amy. We enjoyed getting you moved.

FacebookThis is a very delayed review... but I purchased through Parker’s and received excellent communication with Patrick. His chasing, updating, liaising with myself, the chain, other agents and solicitors was outstanding. Whilst most of my communication was through Patrick, I appreciate it is a team effort from start to finish and they all did a fab job! If I come to sell my new purchase I will go back to Parker’s 😊

GoogleA first class service. I have now used Parkers twice in the past 20 years and would definitely ask them to sell my property again. Parkers Estate Agent, their practice and staff are totally professional, honest and always have the best interest of their client at heart first and foremost. Both transactions were trouble free, value for money and the staff took care of everything from beginning to end. Thank you for everything and for making my new transition a lot less stressful than I had imagined.

GoogleWe've been landlords with Parkers for ages and they have always been there for us with help, advice and working their socks off to get the best for us and our tenants. Here we are now with them helping us to finally sell our property and they have been brilliant at keeping the sales process running as smoothly and quickly as possible. Thank you Parkers!
