GoogleRecently rented a place through this no nonsense estate agents following a poor experience with one of the bigger agents. Well organised, polite and all done in-house within 3 weeks, highly recommend and lovely team work. Thanks guys

GoogleIt was so good to be dealing with Richard and Lucy; diligent, courteous and professional at all times yet always approachable, communicative and understanding. This, combined with strong local knowledge of the conveyancing market meant that our house purchase moved as quickly as could be expected given the length of our chain. If they are still there when our time to move on comes we will certainly use them again.

GoogleBoth Richard and Lucy were really helpful, friendly and prompt to ensure we got our dream home for Christmas. What more could you want!

GoogleWhat a challenging time to buy a house! Thankfully, Richard Close of James Dean made every possible effort to ease the process. He helped to seamlessly match our aspirations as the buyers with those of the vendor. Despite the obvious challenges, given all the restrictions, he managed the process so that it felt comfortable and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Richard Close of James Dean acted for me as agent when seeking a purchaser for a 2nd floor flat. Due to delays with solicitors and the probate office, the sale took almost a year to complete.

We went to James Dean after an unhappy experience with another Abergavenny estate agent. What a difference! I cannot recommend them enough. They are honest and open estate agents and very hard working.

GoogleWe recently moved from Lincolnshire to Llandrindod Wells, due to the logistics obviously we were not able to just pop in to see Lucy or Richard, but they were always there on the phone or email to help us and 'hurry' the sale along. Thank you for a great service.
