I am so pleased I choose James Dean to sell our property. The two main members of staff I dealt with were Lucy Parry, in the office and Richard Close, sales manager. Both are exceptionally good at their jobs and very personable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Lucy and Richard are very professional, knowledgeable, and patient; any calls or queries are dealt with ASAP and any problems smoothed out in a patient and understanding way. I highly recommend them. You could not get anyone better for his job than Richard. Thank you both.

Had an amazing experience with James Dean estate agent - We were the purchasers of a property they were selling and our contact with them was called Richard - he kept us up to date and well informed - whenever we needed information he acted immediately and kept us in the loop every step of the way and when we had any queries nothing was too much bother and even though we were new to the process so probably had more questions than most and kept us apprised every step of the way - he helped liase with all parties involved in the purchase and we cannot thank him enough :)

Richard Close - Sales Manager a person you can trust to deliver on behalf of the client. He is the best person my wife and I have ever worked with, always helpful, cheerful and informative. His communication and presentation skills are five star, always clear, to the point and on time; we never had to chase Richard for an update or a reply!! He listens and takes notice of the clients views and ideas, and ensures your property is marketed in the best way. I appointed James Dean to sell my Mum's house after she passed away last year and they have been absolutely superb at managing the process from start to finish. Right from the valuation for probate through to the final sale, they made it easy for me. I don't live in Builth, I am the other side of Cardiff so I could not be there to do anything, I literally had to leave everything to them. My main points of contact were Richard and Lucy and they both absolutely excelled throughout. It was not an easy sale, not due to problems with the house or the sales process but some external factors meant dealing with a few problems along the way and there is no doubt at all that if Richard and Lucy had not been so brilliant at sorting out the issues that arose I would still be waiting for the house to sell. They did everything for me, right down to meter readings when I could not get there, checking post and dealing with every problem that arose. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Five stars are not enough, I would give them at least 100 gold stars! Thank you so much, you have been amazing!
