GoogleI have been private renting through Redrose for 3 years. Beth has been absolutely amazing, she helped me find my first property and when the landlords unfortunately decided to sell, Beth helped me find somewhere new. Now I have decided to leave private renting and buy somewhere, Beth has been showing potential tenants around to take over from me and is always smiling, happy and so respectful of the fact it is still my " home " that people are looking at. I couldn't have asked for or met anyone nicer. She is an absolute asset to Redrose. Thank you for everything. 🙂

GoogleMy experiences of RedRose Sales and Lettings team has been from a Tennant perspective. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff especially Cathy and Beth. They guided me into the process very easily as a first time Tennant to be and put a detailed case forward on my behalf as to why the Landlord should pick us. The application process was worked through efficiently and communication was very straight forward. Cathy is a little Gem. Great work from Cathy and the team at RedRose. Now I have just picked my keys up and am well on the way to moving in. Thank you all at RedRose.

GoogleI want to say thank you to Bethany and the team at Red Rose. I was asked by a friend a while ago if I could recommend a good local letting and selling agent as their flat had just come empty and they wanted some advice on whether to sell or to find a new tenant. I didn’t hesitate to recommend Red Rose as I use them myself and have only had positive experiences. Within days of being contacted, Bethany had arranged to meet the flat owner and view the flat. She gave them expert advice on the local market conditions and they quickly decided to sell the flat on. Again Bethany was quick to act on their instruction and soon had the flat on the market. The sales team were fabulous and the flat sold quickly and for its full asking price. A scenario that mirrored my own experiences when they sold my flat for me. My friend’s sale has progressed nicely and my friend messaged me saying ”I wanted to thank you for recommending Red Rose Estates Agents…. They have been great”. You are great, Bethany and team. As my letting agent you’ve been a perfect blend of proactive and sensitive to my needs as a landlord, and throughout the sales process for my flat your communications and proactive actions have been invaluable through an otherwise-quite-stressful process! I will continue to recommend you with confidence to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the Preston area.

GoogleI rented a property from Redrose for the first time last week. Whilst getting a viewing was quite difficult due to high demand, once I managed to secure one and secure the property, the staff were very responsive and proficient at sorting out the paperwork and getting things moving, above and beyond previous experiences. They were easy to contact and continuously pushed to get the right information and signatures till it was sorted. The staff were very friendly when meeting to get the keys and I received a gift box. There was some miscommunication between the advertised available date and the actual date, but given their attentiveness I can't fault them too much.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy experience of Red Rose using Let Only Service was really positive. From my first enquiry to securing a tenant. The whole team where amazing, friendly and professional. Bethany met us and sorted the viewings. Cathy was a star, dealing with my queries and resolving all issues, patience of a saint. Chris kept me informed when Cathy was off.
