FacebookWhen the time comes for a young boy to leave the nest, it's always a terrifying, yet exciting ordeal. The life of the young independent male was fast becoming a reality. When I was approached by two colleagues of mine that they were thinking of making a move and wondered whether I wanted to make a location change too, I was sceptical. I had many questions, I have to say Bethany made all my worries go away, she broke down the small print in high detail, outlined the terms of the rental, and went through line by line of the contract that I was fully able to understand what I was signing me self up for. I'm glad I made the move, I'm glad I left the nest, and I'm glad we chose Redrose and had Bethany as housing superhero, she helped make the move into our new house a simplistic and stress free endeavour. Thank you!

FacebookWhat a great service these guys provided to us at the best rate around to boot! We were kept informed through out and no matter who you spoke to they were fully up to speed with our situation I felt the team went over and above what they needed to do in offering help and advice along the way, especially given some of our challenges in the chain. A special mention to Wendy who looked after us in the main - she was fantastic from her initial visit to the final invoice - a real credit to the company It never felt forced or pressured and took much of the hassle away from us

I want to thank them all especially Cathy from lettings who went above our expectations and found me and my partner a new lovely home when we needed the most. FacebookWe've rented with these guys for a year and they always made sure we were always happy and looked after. They were very prompt with their services. We found the staff polite caring professional and friendly we are so sad to say not by choice we had to move and unfortunately went with another letting agency Chris Lofthouse was very nice to us and did everything he could to make moving easier. Bethany was very friendly and professional she was the one who did our inspections and checkout..and made us feel important to the agency and not "just another Tennant". Hopefully redrose realise how much we appreciate everything and they have a fab asset to the company having Bethany and Chris in charge. Thank you redrose �

FacebookJust checked out of a property on silverstone street buckshaw village last week. The check in last October was fantastic, accommodating us moving in very quickly. Now that's the end of the positives let start the negatives. Washing machine pumping a sewage smell out (part furnished so not my washer) engineer turns up throws my clean washing all over the floor and then goes without fixing the problem. Not redrose fault apparently yet it's their maintenance man?!?!?! Downstairs toilet backfilling the sink with poo yet as it was a bank holiday had to chase Domonic for 3 days whilst living in the smell of poo!! Fridge broke on a Saturday night but no contact line so you send your email and get a reply on Monday by which time all your food has defrosted and there is nothing they can do about it. Then we come to the check out, be polite and make conversation. Have a look round and tell me that some marks on the floor might need a full carpet clean, wear and tear?? And on the photos they took when we moved in!!! So I'm then told I can go whilst they go round the property taking pictures, I think not I will stay thanks. So we ring Chris in the office about the carpet and our bond and takes 3 days for them to decide yet told us thanks for handing it back so clean and tidy!! Handed it back better than we got it!! Chris eventually told us we are very lucky and it's rare but we will give you your full bond back. So you should it's gone back better than you gave it us!!!!!!!!!

GoogleGreat estate agent and very professional. They worked with me to get me into a flat in lightning speed and had clear and effective communication throughout the process. Their agents are always available when I called and were very informative regarding many details regarding the letting. An added bonus was a bottle of prosecco when I picked up my keys. I would highly recommend RedRose to anyone looking to let or let out their flat in the area. I will return as a customer in the future.

GoogleI can honestly say that the staff at Red Rose have been wonderful to deal with, The lovely Karen who calls to do our regular inspections & Csthy who fights & chases to get any repairs or work done , compared to some stories I have heard from tenants about their landlords & letting agencies Red Rose are the absolute best, the staff are always polite & couldn’t do more to help with any problems than they already do, simply the best .

GoogleRedrose are by far the most friendly & professional Lettings Agents I have ever dealt with. They helped us with the move, accomadated us when any problems arose & have been nothing but helpful since we have moved. Karen who did the viewing with my wife is one of the nicest estate agents with such a positive attitude & really put our minds at ease whenever small issues arose & the rest of the team at the office in Buckshaw are always smiling & always pro-active if we ask for help. Could not be happier with the service we have receieved & we hope that it continues long in to the future.

GoogleRented a property from this company on the Gillibrand North Estate.Was promised before I moved in it would be decorated and carpets replaced before I moved in.The house hadn’t been decorated or carpets replaced when I moved in the tradesmen they use are cowboys.This company is very dishonest and the staff are arrogant especially Dave,Chris and Beth I strongly advise stay clear off this company at all costs.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

The valuation was realistic and sold within a few weeks (even though a slow time of year). Lots of social marketing which was good too. The staff are quick to respond to maintenance queries and were welcoming when we have attended the office.
