I rented a property from Redrose for the first time last week. Whilst getting a viewing was quite difficult due to high demand, once I managed to secure one and secure the property, the staff were very responsive and proficient at sorting out the paperwork and getting things moving, above and beyond previous experiences. They were easy to contact and continuously pushed to get the right information and signatures till it was sorted. The staff were very friendly when meeting to get the keys and I received a gift box. There was some miscommunication between the advertised available date and the actual date, but given their attentiveness I can't fault them too much.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Fantastic. Over a period of around 4-5 months myself and my partner had been dealing with various estate agents. In that time the majority of the agents either had poor communication or overall poor service. I've been a tenant with Red Rose for the last 5 years. I was impressed from the outset with Bethany who was such a pleasure to deal with - so helpful, considerate and professional. I recently moved apartments which was due to circumstances beyond my control and can honestly say they went above and beyond to help me. Both Bethany and Cathy were so understanding and supportive of my needs, worked so efficiently and quickly to make sure my worries weren't added to, and looked after me from start to finish so I got a home in time for Christmas. Everything to do with the apartment was also to an excellent standard and the admin side was simple and painless. Having dealt with plenty of estate agents before, I expected the worst from RedRose but through both renting and buying I've had a really good service from them. When renting from them twice, I did find the inspections frustrating but understand why they're needed (I may have hidden my Mrs things when they came around as she wasn't on the tenancy ha!). Upon leaving the properties I'd left them in a better condition than when I moved in so the only thing I was charged for was the oven cleaning (I forgot about that...). When buying, we had between 75-100 viewings over about a year (very picky) but finally got the home of our dreams. Wendy put up with us through it all, let us know if something ticked all of our boxes and was honest when a house didn't meet our expectations. Wendy immediately called us with a house before it came on the market, then cancelled all other viewings when we placed our offer. After about 20 viewings with RedRose we found the one we wanted and we're now a couple of weeks after we've moved in. We can't thank Wendy and the team enough, they really did go above and beyond despite us being a pain to deal with. Thanks very much RedRose John & Jess
