GoogleThis is the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with , there were issues with an apartment I was buying and they refused to do anything to try and sort the obvious problems out , told me they weren't builders , didn't get involved in anything to do with surveys and I would have to sort the problems out when I moved in . Janet in particular tried to fob me off with stories that made no sense . I eventually backed out of the sale which I didn't want to do as the apartment was round the corner from my son's and my 6 year old grandson was excited about me moving there . The apartment not surprisingly is still for sale , it did show as sold subject to contract for about 3 days last week , now it is back on the market again and has in fact been on the market since August last year and so obviously I am not the only person noticing the problems , it would not surprise me if other people have backed out of buying this property , I was told by Janet that she would be able to sell the apartment ten times over if I didn't want it , I don't think so , it will have been on the market for a year next month .NegativeProfessionalism

Nothing is too much trouble and I know the property and my tenants are well looked after. The team are amazing and offer valued advice and fantastic support. GoogleA great letting agents with a team who are on the ball. Thanks to the whole team but specifically Cathy and Bethany, the service I have received was great. I am personally a very organised person and it was great to deal with a like minded team who got things done quickly and my property was rented out in super quick time. Great job Red Rose team!

Facebookpossibly the worst estate agents I've ever the bad luck in using, kathy is extremely rude and unprofessional. charged me 65 quid to re clean a property I was in that was already cleaned, booked us two viewers on a Saturday morning and they didn't turn up, I rang them and they said oh we cancelled them because somebody is already interested . I turned down 5 hours at work which believe you me I need. my advice is don't use them they are awful unless you got big money!!!!!!!!

FacebookWe've recently sold our house through Redrose. The team there were exceptional and handled every aspect of the sale superbly. We had a few issues with the legal aspect of selling the house and the communication through Red Rose with our buyers and us was excellent. Highly recommended.

GoogleRude, dismissive and incompetent. We were told by Red Rose, as a buyer, they were not obliged to assist us as we were not the ones paying the commission. This came after they consistently got their dates wrong on different steps of our purchase. We found Wendy in particular to be argumentative and unhelpful. They don't record any of their calls so if you have issues with them stick to email.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have been with Redrose for 5 years, being a tenant in my property. All the staff are great and have been very helpful if I've needed help of any description. Highly recommended if thinking to rent.
