A short review but a HUGE thank you to the team at Tim Russ Wendover for all their excellent services during the sale of my late Uncle's home. From the start and our initial contact with Nikki Stottor,we felt confident that we had chosen the right company to guide us through a difficult sale (probate) and a difficult time for us personally. Nikki's knowledge both local and in property was impressive and we knew we were dealing with a professional company from the outset. Enter Adrian Steggals, a very calm professional and experienced person, who, when things got a bit "tricky" as they sometimes do, was excellent and so capable at keeping everything on track. Add together all the little extras they offer, excellent communications, property inspections etc etc and i would 100% recommend Tim Russ to anybody needing an Estate Agent's services. Our journey with Tim Russ, and especially Laura, has been a somewhat lengthy process, due mainly to the Covid situation this year, as we put an offer in on the house just a month before lockdown, so the whole process took so much longer than expected. Trying to find a garage to take 'the car' with a house was the standing joke between us. We shared a few laughs along the way and Laura's efforts were paramount in sealing the deal and seeing it through. Thanks to the team, your experience and professionalism were great and it was a pleasure doing business with you . Tim Russ recently sold our house and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. They valued our property fairly and we were always kept informed of viewing feedback. Once we had accepted an offer, they were very helpful in moving the process along, constantly engaging with us, our solicitor and also our purchasers. My Dad purchased a property in July 2023 and we were really pleased with how this was handled. Communication was fast, clear, and the process was very smooth as a result. We have had a long and complicated sale which included 2 buyers, a government run Help to Buy scheme and an international move to South Africa for us in the middle of it all. All of this makes for the stuff of nightmares, however Tim Russ and Laura Mullen in particular went above and beyond at every step of the process to get our sale through. I genuinely do not think we would have completed yet had it not been for Laura’s perseverance and determination. She spent 5 hours alone on hold to the government to try and push through some of the Help to Buy documentation; I know that ‘hold’ music will probably haunt her forever!! From the very first viewing (plus multiple others) to completion, Tim Russ were absolutely fantastic. The whole team were highly professional and very accommodating to our requests. We were also very fortunate to have Laura looking after our purchase who was truly amazing, though no words can really describe how helpful she was.
