I can not praise the whole team at Tim Russ enough!!! Special mention to Adrian who has shown an aspiring level of patience and tenacity through the entire process of selling our house. After four buyers (of which you found very quickly each time) we got there!!! Thank you so much.

I had a really good experience with Tim Russ & Company through the letting and final sale of my property. In particular, Laura was excellent at both managing my letting & through the sale process. She went above and beyond ensuring my property was looked after & with regular communication, I felt confident my property was in safe hands which was really appreciated as I was living abroad. Thank you!

We first discovered Tim Russ in Wendover when looking for a place to rent for an elderly relative. Andrea showed us around a very nice property within an hour of us calling. We said it was perfect and she then pulled out all the stops to secure the property for us that very morning. We then had further dealings with Laura and we have to say that both ladies were warm, professional, kind and caring throughout the whole process. They made us feel like family and together we made the new tenant incredibly happy to now live in the wonderful town of Wendover. Thank you so much Andrea and Laura. We had yet another fantastic experience with the Tim Russ team at Wendover. We have bought and sold previously through Tim Russ so knew we would want to use them for our next family move. Nicky and Adrian (& the entire sales team) really looked after every aspect of our house sale. Every viewing was arranged and conducted professionally and feedback was given as soon as possible which was hugely appreciated. We only took a short time to sell and they were fantastic at keeping everyone updated and ensuring the conveyance went through as smoothly as any conveyance can! Where we felt Tim Russ went over and above for us was in helping us source a short term rental when we found ourselves in a position where we needed to complete on our house sale prior to our purchase. Laura was incredible at contacting her landlords and finding us a suitable home for our family (which includes a toddler and a dog!) within 1 day. In under 2 weeks we were completed and in our rental for a few weeks. The place was spotless and everything was dealt with instantly. Our move in and move out experience as tenants with Tim Russ was as wonderful as our experience as sellers. Couldn't recommend this whole team enough, they always answer the phone straight away, they can always handle your query and they have delivered on their promises to us every time. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a some time now but when we do we will be calling these guys.

A great service by the Tim Russ team of Wendover. Buying and selling property in England is, as we all know, bureaucratic and stressful no matter how simple the housing chain is. But the team made it as stress free as possible. Adrian Steggals managed the sale and is extremely knowledgeable, keeping me updated throughout the process to a successful conclusion.

Diligent, professional, communicative and caring. We'd recommend the whole team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Wendover. The work that agents undertake after an offer has been accepted is often overlooked but it's vital in bringing a sale/purchase to completion and everyone, but especially Adrian and Nicky couldn't have done more to help us. Great service and a big "thank you".

Tim Russ and in particular Gianna were incredibly helpful and respectful while I search for a new house. Gianna was very quick to find out what I was looking for, and was always sending me other properties that fitted this criteria, even before they were listed. I would definitely recommend Tim Russ and hope to use them in the future.

Many thanks to the whole team at Tim Russ, Wendover, for selling our home. It was a long journey, with the chain falling apart at the bottom 3 times, but Laura was absolutely brilliant in chasing solicitors and estate agents in the chain to make sure we got to completion. Thanks, Laura for your persistence, kindness, and for keeping us regularly updated. Debbie and Jurgen

I have not rented through an agent before and Tim Russ in Wendover get 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Laura helped with everything from viewing to signing contracts and Kelly has been fantastic over the last 4 years on behalf of myself as a tenant and behalf of my landlord. I have received ongoing 5 star service and thank you all.

I sold my house through Tim Russ Wendover last October and I can not praise them adequately. Adrian went above and beyond, even helping me navigate the dreadful agents I was buying from. The staff worked seamlessly as a team and always treated me with patience, professionalism and kindness. Excellent service.

We rented a flat in Wendover last year through Tim Russ. Laura Mullen was the agent who assisted us throughout the process and we have never met such a lovely, honest and helpful person in this industry. We are grateful to have chosen our current home through Tim Russ and Laura. Highly recommend!

Brilliantly friendly and helpful team! We have just exchanged on a property through Tim Russ and it has been almost eight months since we first made a viewing! Adrian, Kate, Kelly and Laura have all been fantastic through out the time, very helpful and accommodating. Laura has been brilliantly supportive, responding patiently to all my persistent requests for updates and worked really hard to connect all the parties to push through to exchange last Friday! Thank you for all your support!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We've just completed on a property with Tim Russ and from start to finish they have just been an absolute pleasure to work with! I met Kate initially at our viewing who was absolutely lovely and Laura progressed our sale right up until we completed. We had some complications during the process and Laura went above and beyond for us to make sure we could have our dream home. I can not thank the team enough and whenever we come to sell, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them!
