My Dad purchased a property in July 2023 and we were really pleased with how this was handled. Communication was fast, clear, and the process was very smooth as a result. Everyone we spoke to was aware of the sale and knew the details, and all were so friendly and helpful which goes such a long way when completing something as stressful as purchasing a house! Laura, in particular, was amazing, even helping after the sale had completed and going way above and beyond without needing to. Highly recommend this agency if you want to remove as much stress as possible from house hunting and buying or selling!

Can't thank Tim Russ, in particularly Laura enough for the support. We were kept updated and involved throughout. We had a particularly complicated exchange process and thanks to the Laura's work it happened, cannot praise her work during that week or fault her communication with us.

Liam’s knowledge of the local Wendover area is great and gave us the space to look around the houses and time to discuss the properties privately which was appreciated. He was on the ball and not pushy

I used Tim Russ for the purchase and then, 2 years later, the sale of my lovely cottage in Wendover. Having experienced Tim Russ as a buyer and seller, I can confidently say that their service is second to non. I want to make a particular mention of Laura who made daily calls in the run up to my exchange and her service was exceptional. Based upon my two experiences with Tim Russ, I would highly recommend them and would always use them in any future sales.

Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Russ & Company for my property purchase in Aylesbury, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, their service and expertise were outstanding. Laura Mullen, my main point of contact, was a true professional. She was incredibly responsive, always keeping me informed and guiding me through the entire process with patience and clarity. Despite her being on annual leave during completion, her colleagues seamlessly stepped in to ensure a smooth handover of keys. The team's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and stress-free. I am thrilled with my new home, and it wouldn't have been possible without Tim Russ & Company. If you're in the market for buying or selling property in Aylesbury, I highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again, Tim Russ & Company, for an exceptional experience. Best regards, Prabhu

We have had a long and complicated sale which included 2 buyers, a government run Help to Buy scheme and an international move to South Africa for us in the middle of it all. All of this makes for the stuff of nightmares, however Tim Russ and Laura Mullen in particular went above and beyond at every step of the process to get our sale through. I genuinely do not think we would have completed yet had it not been for Laura’s perseverance and determination. She spent 5 hours alone on hold to the government to try and push through some of the Help to Buy documentation; I know that ‘hold’ music will probably haunt her forever!! We are incredibly grateful and appreciative of her work, I have recommended Tim Russ to multiple neighbours and friends, our experience of this estate agent is outstanding. Thank you again from South Africa!!

Tim Russ were responsible for finding me my perfect home nestled away privately in Wendover. The renting process was and is easy and Kelly who makes regular trips over to ensure everything is as it should be is friendly, arrives when she says she will, is knowledgable and never takes more time than she needs, actually it's a bit like a friend popping around for tea sometimes, a good catch up. Fast to react to any issues, recommend heartily.

From the very first viewing (plus multiple others) to completion, Tim Russ were absolutely fantastic. The whole team were highly professional and very accommodating to our requests. We were also very fortunate to have Laura looking after our purchase who was truly amazing, though no words can really describe how helpful she was. To say moving home is one of the most stressful things to do was just not the case with Tim Russ. Highly recommended

Purchase a house in Wendover though Tim Russ. COVID played its part and took nearly 6 months to complete. Laura and Nicky were both stars throughout, giving us feedback and updates. Laura Mullen and Nicky Stottor did an excellent job of acting on a recent sale where we were purchaser. They were both fair and considerate whilst also being skilled and determined in extracting the best possible result for their client. Thereafter Laura and Adrian used their diligence and experience to bring the sale to a conclusion in a very short period. An impressive agency; I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I went through a buying process with Laura Mullen at the Wendover office where I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted. Laura stuck with me and I eventually found the perfect place. She was patient yet focussed at every step and we had a few laughs along the way which kept the stress levels down. I thoroughly recommend her as a professional agent.

Tim Russ were the third estate agents I used to sell my property and the only ones to get me any buyers. The whole team were very good at communicating with me throughout the process. Special thanks to Laura who had to coordinate a rather big chain (8 or 9 of us) but managed to get a moving date arranged at the third attempt! I would recommend Tim Russ to anyone who is thinking of moving as they are totally professional but also very friendly to deal with which helps greatly when you are feeling stressed with the process of buying and selling a house.PositiveResponsiveness
