We have used Wye recently for both a house purchase and house sale. We have been very impressed with the professional, personal and friendly service we experienced on both occasions from Darrell and his team. In relation to the sale, we received an acceptable offer within a few days of going to market and completed less than 7 weeks later, a period which also ran over the Christmas holiday. In an apparently sluggish market and at the "wrong" time of the year, things could not have gone better!

Wye Partnership had the best properties for sale when looking locally online via the usual search engines. Having drawn up a short list of viewings, all were with Wye which made things simpler. Viewings were arranged quickly and Keira was helpful, friendly and professional. Our offer and negotiations were handled quickly and professionally by Rob and the whole purchasing process took around 10 weeks to completion. Very happy with response and assistance provided by Tracy at Wye when requested and would highly recommend the agency.

We've used Wye twice now, once in purchasing our Flat and then selling the same flat this year. Rob was such a help to us and gave us very honest and transparent advice on the valuation and what steps we needed to take to get the property ready for market. I used Wye Estate Agents four years ago with the purchase of my first flat and thought they were brilliant. Have used them again to sell my flat and again they have been brilliant. Rob gave me some advice on what I needed to do to sell the flat, which I took on board, and the flat sold within a couple of weeks. The level of service provided by Rob is superb. He is always at hand to answer any questions, he is extremely professional & courteous. There were a few problems with the solicitors and what could have been an very stressful few months were resolved by Rob. As said above he was always ready to answer any questions, resolve any tricky & complicated issues, which really helped in my confidence in selling the flat & on handling technical details that I didn't really understand. I can't recommend Wye Estate Agents enough. Superb.

We first came into contact with Rob 10 years ago of when he sold our then property. Ironically this was when we had been let down by one of the larger Estate Agencies within the town. Moving forward 10 years to the present we had appointed one of the larger corporate Agents within the town after they had sold our neighbours property and they had convinced us that they had suitable buyers for our property. Once they found a buyer for our property, they omitted to do due diligence on the buyer of which was picked up upon by an Estate Agent further up the chain, this caused great anguish and loss of time. Our then agent was very apologetic, but our trust and confidence had gone, we then contacted Rob at Wye Estate Agents. Rob is a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure that he and his team made up for lost time and thoroughly vetting each potential buyer prior to arranging a viewing. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob and his team, whether this was to answer any of our questions or to chase solicitors, even though he was on leave of which shows the dynamic professional that Rob is. Hindsight is a very clever thing, but we only wish that we had contacted Rob earlier in the process of taking our house to market!!

Moving is very stressful. In fact when I moved 28 years ago I said never again. However I recently took the plunge and moved again. It is still a very stressful process but at least when you have a good estate agent the stress is reduced. All my dealings in the sale of my house were with Steve, the manager at Wye Estate Agents in High Wycombe, and I am very grateful for the support I received. He kept me abreast of what was happening. Recently used the services of Wye Partnership to sell our property in High Wycombe. We interviewed a couple of agencies, but elected to work with Wye. The presentation and detail provided at the interview stage was much more comprehensive than the competitor agency we also interviewed. We worked with Rob, a partner at the agency, and found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help in any way possible. Likewise, whenever we visited the office, the staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. There are many estate agencies in High Wycombe, but using a smaller, local company with broad knowledge and understanding of the area definitely worked for us.

He was transparent, honest, fair, quick at communication, and overall super helpful throughout. Rob & his team took on the sale of our Mums house on our behalf. We felt very comfortable from the outset and they really went above and beyond to ensure our Mum was look after. We were fortunate to have received a number of offers very quickly and Rob was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the decision making process and we ended up with lovely first time buyers. Always reactive and thoughtful, we'd highly recommend their services and would most certainly use them again. On a not so positive note, we were continually frustrated by the purchasing solicitor that was recommending by Wye to represent the buyers. Having brought this to Rob's attention, they have taken our experience on board and have assured us they shall now no longer be using her services. Rob did the initial valuation on my elderly uncles house and he treated him with such respect as he knew that, having lived in the house for 60 years, my uncle was really anxious about selling his home. Wye arranged lots of viewings and we had an offer after two weeks of being on the market. I cannot thank Rob, Tracy and the team at WYE enough for how they've looked after me over the last 6 months. I inherited the property that's now been sold under extremely difficult circumstances and Rob's understanding and empathy whilst I worked through the Probate was exemplary. He and WYE were the only Agents out of the three I was required to obtain valuations from that actually followed my request for space as I coped with the awful circumstances I found myself in. As soon as Probate was granted and I reached out to Rob, he was immediately there for me, completely onboard with the outcome I wanted to achieve.
