The staff, particularly Rob and Tracey have been particularly kind to me, having helped me in various situations, particularly regarding free advice and patience concerning the sale of my mother's house. She has alzheimers and there were quite a few difficulties but they staff never judged. We have recently completed a sale through the High Wycombe office and a purchase through the Stokenchurch office, and feel fortunate that our only estate agent dealings were with Wye. Rob lead on our sale and was able to give us detailed comparisons of house sales in our area plus his years of local knowledge at the valuation. Rob also gave us some sound advice on the timing of our house sale which worked in our favour. We felt confident that Wye could sell our house quickly, which they did with an over asking price offer. We also dealt with someone I think called Victoria when viewings were being arranged, who was incredibly friendly and patient when I kept losing track of how many/what time our viewings were. Tim and Simon at Stokenchurch appear to be a very efficient team, and all my dealings with them were polite and professional. Tim went over and above to assist with our purchase too, which we are very grateful for. This is our 3rd purchase and 2nd sale with Wye, and although we think this is our final move we highly recommend them to anyone seeking an estate agent in the area.

I would recommend Wye to anyone. Everyone my partner and I dealt with were friendly and extremely professional. They could not have been more helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. Our purchase was far from straightforward. The seller lived abroad and communication was difficult. There were many issues with the paperwork submitted by the seller which held up the sale. The problems should have been picked up and rectified by either her or our solicitors but both seemed happy to sit on their hands and appeared to make little or to no effort to expedite matters. I don’t think it’s overstating to say that without the work put in by Rob Mackay and Ian Richardson chasing up the seller and explaining where she had gone wrong, we would not be about to move into our first home. They both went above and beyond and we can’t thank them enough.

I am just about to complete on a house purchase that Wye were selling. From the negotiation of price to completion, they have been proactive, responsive and fair. I have had a tough time with solicitors delaying things and awful communication between them all. I can’t recommend Rob and his team strongly enough. Rob handled my sale with expertise, candour and sensitivity. His advice and strategy was invaluable throughout and he offered valuable perspective. Communication from him and his team was excellent. Rob valued the property realistically and when the original purchaser had to withdraw, Rob offered a plan quickly and found another buyer in a week. The office staff were courteous and efficient and their colleagues undertaking the viewings offered excellent communication, kept to timings effectively and always left the property as they found it. We were searching for a property for a while and had a few different viewings with different estate agents and agents within Wye. Leaving the other's aside, each person I came across at Wye was friendly and professional. After 1.5 years of searching and viewing we found the right house for us and again Wye (Ian Richardson on this occasion) were great. Professional, good communication, quick to respond, all round great service and I can't fault them. What's more is that they showed honesty and sincerity in the process with the potential buyers and the sellers. I had requested to make an early offer/deal to conclude before anyone else could, but they wouldn't do it. They wanted the seller to get the best price that they could get and didn't give any potential buyer an advantage over one another. Fortunately, we were the successful buyers and so although it may have cost me a little more (I'll never know), but I must give credit, where credit is due, for showing integrity through the process. If I was to ever sell, I know I'd use them for that reason. I highly recommend Wye and a special thank you to Ian Richardson for the support.
