Since we started with them, more than 4 years ago, they were always professional, kind, understandable, sincere (which is a rare quality for an estate agent!), always impartial, but trying to protect the tenants. Flexible, as we are working in London 5 days/week, and when we couldn't be at home for yearly checks, they went an extra mile to accommodate us. If we'll miss something in High Wycombe, will be them. I received an absolutely first class service and advice from Rob and the team at Wye. Realistic pricing advice, ensured that my house had over 15 viewings lined up over 3 days. Several offers were received by the third day, of which I accepted one. Rob gave me a suggestion of a conveyancing firm, which I used and whom were very efficient. From advertising the sale to completion, it took 8 weeks. This just goes to show that Rob and the Wye team really do know their stuff. I thoroughly recommend this estate agents. I would like to thank Rob and all the team at The Wye Partnership for an excellent service from beginning to end in marketing and selling my property. Having dealt with Rob back in 2019, when I was originally going to sell my property it was great to go back 5 years later and be remembered on the first chat over the phone like we’d only spoken a week ago. My property was marketed and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Loads of viewings and full respect for the property when showing potential buyers around. The advice given in terms of valuing the property was spot on. You could go to someone who may market it higher but you have to be realistic and Rob is great at explaining this hence selling the property within weeks of being marketed. The process from getting an acceptable offer to exchanging contracts ready to complete is a very stressful one, but there were times when I knew that a phone call or email to Rob or one of his team would be all I needed to help make the journey a little easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any question I had, which I stressed over was easily and quickly answered. From the moment we viewed, we were really impressed by the friendly and attentive team at Wye. When we made our offer, we were kept in the loop by regular updates and didn’t have to keep chasing. We were contacted by Steve (Partner) when our offer was accepted who congratulated us and advised on next steps - as first time buyers, this was really helpful. Again, Steve kept us up to date on progress and regularly checked in with us throughout the process. We had some issues with our solicitors which was delaying exchange, and we were contacted by Tracy (Office Manager) to help resolve this.
