GoogleWye and in particular have been fantastic in providing help and support during a pretty stressful time following my dad’s passing and having to deal with everything myself including selling the former family home. They couldn’t do enough for me. The support was more than anyone could expect and when a serious issue came up Robert MacKay in particular pulled out all the stops to not only help me but find the right people to put it right. He was absolutely awesome throughout the whole process and today after many months of stress and anguish simply down to the Robert and the Wye team only we completed. I couldn’t have done it without Robert and the super people at Wye and to be honest I will never forget them.

GoogleAfter being badly let down for 19 months by another estate agent in High Wycombe, I contacted Rob at Wye. The property was put back on the market with Wye and the property had a buyer within a week and the sale completed in 4 weeks. This estate agent is very easy to deal with and they do what they say they’ll do. Overall I’m very happy and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable and honest estate agent.

GoogleRobert was an excellent help throughout the transaction. My solicitors were very slow, and he helped me chase them and contacted the seller when I needed to know something, etc. Today I finally got my keys!! Highly recommend them

GoogleIf it wasn’t for Wye, we would not be where we are right now! We had some pretty useless solicitors, but Darrell Litchfield and Ian Richardson have saved us. They acted for both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our house, and if it wasn’t for their constant chasing and liaising with solicitors in our very long chain, we would not have managed to move in time before our mortgage offer expired. We got the keys to our new house just a few days before Christmas and less than 10 days before our mortgage offer expired. Having a local and well experienced estate agent will always pay off, and I cannot thank the team enough for what they did for us!

GoogleRecently sold a property with Wye and coincidentally also bought a property through them at the same time. Both Rob and Darrell (points of contact for each property) were excellent throughout - keeping in touch regularly, helping to chase the relevant people and persevering to manage get us moved in time for Christmas - that wouldn't have happened without Wye's input. Everybody we dealt with at Wye was extremely friendly, kind and professional. Even though we all say "I'm never moving again!" just after we've moved, we can confidently say we wouldn't hesitate to use Wye again in the future as cannot fault them at all. Huge thanks to all involved.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used The Wye Partnership to sell a house and I have to say, the level of service you receive is second to none. Rob and Tracy in the office were amazing as were the rest of the team when I spoke to them regarding viewings and feedback. I would always recommend Wye above any other estate agent in High Wycombe that I have had contact with. Wye are realistic in their property valuations and do not try to blind you with high, unachievable estimates just to get your custom like some other agents seem to do. I was kept informed throughout the sales process, could contact them with any queries I had and they were very understanding to my personal circumstances during quite a difficult time. I absolutely would not use anyone else in this area should I need to sell a house again and I would be delighted if a house I was buying was through Wye as an agent as I know I would be looked after during the process. Please do use the Wye if you are thinking of selling your house. You won't regret it.

GoogleMe and my partner moved into a flat in High Wycombe and had a great experience from the get go! The viewing was great and very useful, the move in was easy and smooth. We had almost 0 issues and any we did have with the flat or any questions were quickly and effectively responded too. The move out process was nice and simple and they helped accommodate requests we had - such as changing our contract and extending the tenancy we needed - as well as a move out guide and what to expect. The end of tenancy review + deposit was communicated clearly and quickly too. After not so great experiences with different estate agents and landlords I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you very much I highly recommend using this company ! :)

GoogleWe used Wye to recently sell our cottage and Ian Richardson was our appointed agent. The service we received overall from Wye was excellent, but in particular Ian was superb. He was friendly, knowledgeable and regularly liaised with us. We highly recommend Wye's services and definitely ask for Ian if you are going to use them yourselves.
