GoogleI am dissatisfied with the way I was dealt with. I booked appointment for viewing twice and it was cancelled without letting me know. I got to their office to Lodge my complaints and the staff was just talking at me and even left me on the seat unattended to. It's highly dissapointing

We understand that John Maslin the Lettings Manager in High Wycombe spoke to you when you attended the office and from discussing the matter with him he he’s stated that your viewing had to be cancelled due to the Landlords instructions surrounding the let, John has advised that the team did attempt to phone you to relay this but because they couldn’t get hold of you they left you a message which we believe must have been missed. Whilst we had tried to inform you of the cancellation of the viewing we can appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this may been for you and would like to offer our apologies for this.
