TrustpilotAVOID WHIST POOJA IS THERE!
Was renting a property from frost for just over a year. Spent so much money decorating it as the agency told us it is available for "Long term renting". I stayed within the contact and made sure my house was well kept. I welcomed my first born into the apartment and put so much effort into decorating it for my baby. Pooja then decided to come and do the half year inventory check and all of a sudden raised so many complaints which were all false. I debunked all her false accusations on email showing our first 2 inventory checks as evidence. She also mentioned about mould being on the wall as our fault when the old tenants and building maintenance man both already mentioned the apartments have mould issues. We had already raised concerns to the agents months before about this and we were completely ignored. Pooja didn't like that I spoke out and so she sent us an eviction letter. We called her to ask why she is evicting us and she rudely said I should want to leave the property anyway due to mould as I have a newborn (Indirectly questioning my care for my child). A few days later she sent us an emailing saying she is 'Glad' to inform us of our eviction date. This is all clearly discrimination against me and my partner. I can see there are other reviews about her. I hope frost take action and do something about her. She should not be in such a sensitive role as she clearly lacks professionalism and doesn't know how to speak.Please don't rent from this agency whilst Pooja is working there .I know other people losing their homes because of her too. Although she is just one person she's clearly putting a lot of people in detriment and I would hate for that to be you too.

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property.One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. It took them more than 3 weeks and multiple follow ups to get it sorted. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it.Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.

At the end of the rental period, we cleaned the house and left, the house was empty for a few weeks after we left, it may have gotten a little dusty in the meantime, the real estate agent told us that cleaning would be done, we accepted it but they charged us 340 pounds, even for the London area, a very high amount of money for cleaning service. I asked the cleaning company for the invoice for this service, they did not send it. We also left an extension cord, a clothes drying rack and a few items for the next tenant, and I was charged 150 pounds to remove them from the house, I do not find these actions fair at all. Company was quick to ask for deposit and no response till i contact them for an update.Refund has been issued still waiting for it.I have had to take time out of work to view properties why would an estate agent show me properties when they are already off the market?No communication withing the staff.
