GoogleHaving switched from Hurst who we were selling with for 28 weeks to Connells, Connells managed to triple our viewings and secure us a buyer within a few weeks. They didn’t estimate the value of our property high to secure us for the sale only to slash the price for a quick sale in the end. We had estimates like this from various others... Connells were fair and honest about it and the market at present. Miles and Jordan are on the ball, they keep in touch and update us regularly. They both and the team work hard for their clients. Fully recommend and glad we switched.

GoogleWell I for one would never use them again. Excellent start, down hill from there. Told them I was away so no viewings, so they I'd a viewing with no notification, I complained, lots of apologies, then the day we arrived back did another viewing with no notification, again complained, again apologies. Told there was viewing, did all the necessary, nobody turned up, complained, more apologies. Decided by this point they were useless, so tried to end my contract, told you're locked in for 26 weeks, my stupidity, didn't ask the question during the initial meeting, I challenged this as this was never discussed. Legal advice this is not legally binding. Now with ombudsman. Be very aware of this if you choose them. Totally useless. No viewings now for 4 weeks

Googlei highly recommend Connells estate agency and to be honest they are the best we have ever dealt with and we have moved many times due to our jobs. Gari who has a wealth of experience heads up an excellent team of guys, Ajeet, Reuben & John to name a few who are always most professional and helpful to deal with. They take the time to get to know your home and you personally which makes sometimes what could be stressful situations so much easier. GoogleI recently had my mortgage arranged by Sarah the mortgage advisor at Connells. As a first time buyer I have to say it was a pleasure to have such an informative but personal broker to work with. Her advice meant that my wife and I secured a product that was suited to our needs and comfortably fit within budget. Everyone in the branch was really helpful and quick to answer our questions. Overall the service we received was smooth and professional. We'll definitely be returning down the line for our mortgage needs and if we were to sell in future. Thanks to the team!

GoogleI have been very happy with the help and service I have received from Connells with the sale of my flat. Miles gave very sensible advice regarding the pricing and actually managed to find a buyer within 2 days! Communication has been great, he has kept me totally up to speed, and although we haven't completed yet, if everything carries on as it has so far, I could not be more delighted.

GoogleIt shocks me to find so many reviews citing great communication from these guys. We spent months having to chase for the slighest of updates never getting calls returned. Looking back now I cant think of a single time that we weren't lied to about how close to completion we were (spoiler alert: we pulled out after 2 months of weekly promises that we would be moving in within 3 weeks).

GoogleBad customer service. Tried to buy a property with them but went unsuccessful because the developer pulled out and deducted £1500 (50%) fee because THEY FANCIED PULLING OUT OF THE DEAL. Hence incurring costs without my fault. Very pushy on using their own solicitors and mortgage advisors who are expensive. We did not wish to use their advisors and hence they did not sell us the property. Not advisable to use them.
