GoogleThis is long overdue as a review, but Natasha was our mortgage advisor on our first time buyer property and was absolutely fantastic! We met her back in August, and as people new to the whole process she was incredibly helpful, friendly and explained everything so well. She answered any questions we had throughout the whole process all the way up till our completion in January, even when we found a property not sold by Connells. She was excited for us when we found the place, and helped us throughout the whole process! I cannot recommend her enough, and we will definitely be looking to use her again if we ever sell!

GoogleCan't thank Natasha enough for helping us through with our mortgage. Had no idea how mortgages worked when we first sat down with Natasha and she talked us through everything. She was able to talk us through all of the different mortgage options clearly with incredible patience while we got our heads round it all! Even when we had several hiccups with solicitors or other estate agents/vendors she was always on hand to pick up the phone and try and straighten things out for us, going above and beyond what we thought a mortgage advisor would do.
Can't thank Natasha enough - would highly recommend anyone to use her as their mortgage advisor!

GoogleExtremely disappointed with Connells Estate Agents in High Wycombe. I had a viewing booked, but when I arrived, the agent didn’t even have the key. I was then shown a property that already had an offer on it, a complete waste of time that could’ve been avoided with better communication.
After that, I made a simple request for a list of available 1-bedroom properties for sale. I contacted both Emma Samuel and Arushah Shahid, but neither responded with a property list or any follow-up at all. I even sent a complaint email, and still, no action was taken. The service felt completely amateur and disorganized.
It’s a real shame because they have exclusive listings in the area that I was genuinely interested in. The only positive part of the experience was with Natasha, the mortgage adviser, who was friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the team did not meet the same standard.
