They appear to have no respect for people and their time. Don't be mislead by my rating. I would give them 0/5 if possible. I find it completely unacceptable that this team of people at the Chesham branch can deal with people futures in this way. It takes so much work, effort and sacrifice just to get to this point and then when you get there Chancellors do nothing but hinder you, feed you different stories. Rude and staff lie a lot. Beware if its about letting.

I initially made contact with Chancellors as a result of a friend and another landlord recommending them to me. As a first-time landlord, I felt reassured and informed by the team at Chancellors. Wow !!! Dan at the Chesham branch Rock !! Nick at the Chesham branch Rocks too. Dan worked fastidiously from the moment I placed the property with them. Nick arranged photographs and Dan found me the most amazing buyer. I sold at considerably more than the property was advertised for thanks to Dan's guidance and professional acumen. I cannot thank Grace Curry at Chancellors Chesham enough for her support, professionalism and pure dedication to her job to find us a new home. We were told at Christmas that the property we were renting was to be sold so straight away started to look for a new home. Considering we still had until late May before our tenancy agreement ended, I thought there was plenty of time. Unfortunately, because we've got 2 dogs, it was proving to be very difficult to find a new home that would accept our beloved pets. But then I found Grace!! I enquired about a rental property with Chancellors, but unfortunately it had been rented within 4 hours of being on the market. The following day another property two doors up became available and Grace very kindly got me a viewing that morning. Sadly the landlord accepted an offer from another viewer, so it was back to square one. By this stage, we only had a few weeks before we had to vacate our home and that night I started looking into how to re-home my dogs, which would have been heartbreaking after 6 years together. But then, as if by some miracle, Grace phoned me the next evening to tell me the original property I had enquired about was coming back to the market and was I still interested? Obviously, the answer was a resounding Yes and at 7.05am the next morning I received an email from Grace saying she had arranged a viewing for that morning if I was available. This sort of service was above and beyond what I would expect and I was incredibly grateful to Grace because we made an offer which was accepted and we moved in this past weekend - along with our dogs!! It is so hard to find a rental property that will take dogs and Grace was so supportive and understanding of our situation that she was determined to find us a new home and has been in constant contact to make sure everything went smoothly. Again, I cannot thank or praise Grace Curry enough for her constant diligence and friendliness and support throughout the whole process. I am convinced if she hadn't been prepared to go that extra mile for her customers, we would be without our dogs in order to find a home. So a big THANK YOU to Grace - Chancellors are very lucky to have such a wonderful and committed member of their team.

I had a fantastic experience with Chancellors and the best part about it was their people. People often make a company and one stand out member of the team for me was Kevin Franklin. He was an absolute almanac of knowledge using his previous skills as a project manager in construction to highlight areas of new properties that could be improved and developed as a opportunity to maximize profit but also where we could make improvements for what we were looking for. Kevin was a pillar of support through what is a stressful experience and he is an absolute credit to the company. Kevin and Chancellors, thank you!!!!

We recently exchanged on our new house and the service provided by Dan Hemsley was outstanding. From the outset he has gone out of his way to make himself approachable and has always answered all of our queries in a timely and efficient manner. We've just rented out our house and the whole service provided by Chancellors was excellent. Our property was rented out within a matter of hours of being on the market thanks to Grace Curry, who had a long list of viewers ready on the very first day of showing our property. Grace also provided us with feedback from viewers regularly so we were always kept really well informed. Grace was clearly also genuinely passionate about showing our property to others and shared in our excitement when a viewing went particularly well, which was a lovely thing. Everything on the communication and paperwork side was handled so efficiently, quickly and smoothly by Jamie Vass. Both Grace and Jamie were always on hand to answer any of our questions and we're so grateful for all of their wonderful help. Richard Alexander also did a wonderful job of visiting our property promptly (within a day) - to conduct a valuation. So everything moved extremely rapidly from the time I made the call to Chancellors to ask them to help us let our house. Wonderful service that I highly recommend and will use in future!

They fully deserve the 5 Star rating that I have given. Alan behaved in a very professional and patient manner throughout the process. The sale of my late mother’s house was finally completed last week, after an epic (11 month) selling experience with Chancellors.
