Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.

GoogleJames phoned us out of the blue to mention he might have a property that meets our needs. We weren’t actively looking to move but we had told James in the past what we were looking for We were quite surprised he remembered us! We looked at the property and it met all our needs (and more so) The paperwork was sent across and direct communication was given throughout Huge testament to James and his team The whole process went smoothly And we’re looking forward to moving into our new home
