Warren peach valued our house. Didn't know the area came across like a car sales man. He told me no sale no fee... however I know someone that was on the market with them. No commutation no Tuesday's call for an update. All they did on a Tuesday was ask me to reduce my price.surly.that is illegal. Calling. You callwd evey Tuesday to reduce. Warren plum more like it They handed in their notice and this company is NO WAY NO SALE NO FEE TJEY CHARGED 843 POUNDS FOR HIM TO LEABE HIS CONTRACTNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I could not recommend a letting agency less

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.

Deposit repayment issues

Terrible property managers

This review is directed towards the property management arm of Chancellors. As tenants, we have had horrendous experiences for the past five years with having any maintenance issues addressed. It takes, on average, two emails and a phone call before they even respond to a request regarding a maintenance issue, and the issues themselves (basic ones - such as an oven not working, overhead lights completely burned out (not just the bulbs), a broken step on a staircase that represents a safety issue) can take weeks, if not months, to resolve - again, with us chasing all the time.

I withdrew from my application due to a lack of transparency around the rental figure. After an initial amount was discussed, the tone of communication changed and the price after agreement decided increased all of a sudden later in the process, before any tenancy had started or been formally agreed. Not what I agreed it wasn't the price change that was frustrating it was the experience and lack of transparency.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could.
