We bought our first house through Chancellors So it was only right we sold with them! Most years Chancellors would come out and value the house, or give a value over the phone and always ask if there was anything we needed. When it came to selling Jack was great from start to finish. Kept us updated at every stage, was always contactable no matter the question. Bella and the rest of the team were equally as helpful and friendly even dealing with our offers whilst we were in Greece. Whilst we hope to now not move for many years, we will always consider Chancellors!

We had to move to Aylesbury for work. I got in touch with the agency after seeing a house for rent on Zoopla. Lillie Kirkham is the agent who handled my enquiries. She was friendly, engaging, on the ball and clearly prioritised what we wanted in a home from the jump. We did not get the house that we viewed however, immediately after, within two days, Lillie had procured a portfolio of various properties that ticked the things that we were looking for in a home. She knew what we wanted before we did. She recommended a property that we hadn't even really considered. After viewing it we immediately realised that it was the perfect place for us and it is where we are living now. Had it not been for Lillie and Chancellors we never would've considered this property, yet alone moved into it. This is the best letting agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend it to everyone. You are in good hands.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chancellors. Communication was poor throughout the entire process I was constantly chasing updates and rarely received timely or helpful responses. Promises were made but not kept, and it often felt like they were more interested in closing a deal than providing any real service or support. I expected a basic level of professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, that was lacking. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

My experience with this agency was frustrating from start to finish. I found the staff to be unresponsive and at times even dismissive. Important information was either withheld or shared far too late, causing unnecessary stress and delays. There was a clear lack of organization and accountability throughout the process. Landlord's perspective - terrible

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.
