Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

GoogleWe recently went through a very streamlined, efficient and easy process to move to a new property through Chancellors Aylesbury office and it's all thanks to Orianne. She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable on any property we enquired about. If she didn't know the answer on the spot, she took questions away to landlords and promptly came back to us. We have rented with Chancellors before, and was even more reassured by Orianne's customer service and attentiveness. GoogleLillie Kirkham has been an amazing person throughout my experience of having a flat to rent for me and my boys. She's been helpful and supportive all the way. She was patient with me and made the whole process so easy for me. Sometimes I felt I can't go on with the renting procedure but she encouraged and assured me that everything was OK, and I held unto that and kept pushing. I would like to see a big thank you to Chancellors Letting Agent south east management team. Dana to be precise - this is a thank you for all your hard work and patience. I would also like to say thank you to Maya, John, and Liberty. They always attend to my call and every issue I have at the Property. I have used different Letting agencies overtime but the experience I have had with Chancellors has been easy and seamless. Their communication level is clear, respectful, and very understanding. If you are looking at renting or buying a property go to Chancellors - the entire team are trustworthy and of great help.

GoogleWould just like to say a big thank you to Team Chancellors for all the expertise and assistance in selling my property. From initial valuation to final sale they have been there. Tom leading from the front, understanding thay as I am visually impaired paperwork is a big problem for me, so he took on the form fillong responsibilities, reading out and explaining as he went along advising all the time. It is said moving home is strwssful, however Tom and all at Team Chancellors made my exprience both pain and dyress free.
