GoogleHenry from Chancellors helped me in finding a tenant in no time. I found him very professional and prompt in replying emails. He takes his time to show people around the property and never in hurry. Excellent service from Chancellors I highly recommend them.

GoogleHow rude and totally unhelpful is Sharon Always deal with someone else so disrespectful and would never speak with her again Was told Manager Sian would call back but never bothered could hear her in background when they said she couldn’t take call Please don’t allow yourself to be treated like this Was a cash buyer just trying to enquire about a few properties so no other reason than rudeness to say this

GooglePatrycja has been great on my case finding a new tenant. She listend to my requirements and found a perfect fit for the house. All took a little longer then expected but good tenants are rare these days.

GoogleThe whole organisation have an aversion to returning telephone calls. House Sales team Absolutely awful, wonderful and friendly when they want to sell you something, arrogant and cold when you need them. No one returns telephone calls, nobody in sales wants to know once you have been passed to the out of town sales progression team. Even their out of town property management team rarely return calls.

GoogleAbsolute harassment , literally call me every 2/3 months harassing me about selling my house or buying another. Every time I ask to be removed from their database never happens then you get some jumped up estate agent arguing with you to be taken off. GoogleI have been waiting for a deposit to be returned for the last 2 months. Excuse after excuse, email after email I have spoken with nearly 4 different people and no solution in sight. GoogleOverall, Chancellors had been the best agency that we have worked with within the area. we cannot find any faults with their services. the best thing is that they do not pester you to use any of their add on services compared to other agencies around.

GoogleWe tried two other estate agents before going with Chancellors and had no offers and barely any viewings. 5 months later we switched to Chancellors and within two weeks we had multiple offers and ended up getting full asking price on our property. Sharon Macaulay was particularly helpful.
