I was originally suppose to view a property within Stony Stratford, but then changed my mind and went for a new build elsewhere. However I went for my mortgage with Brian at Brown and Merry, he was very patient with us, as we was first time buyers we were not aware of the process and what we have to do. Brian sat with us and went through every single thing, and was very quick with responses and questions we had. Our house was getting delayed as you can imagine with new builds, but Brian was very patient with us and kept us updated with every little thing. I highly recommend Brian as a mortgage broker, very professional and goes above and beyond to help you with the best product.

I am a landlord with two little houses. I’ve been letting them via Brown & Merry at Stony Stratford in Bucks for about twelve years and I’ve been more than happy with Alex who has found me really good tenants and been particularly helpful along the way. She knows how much I think of her! I decided to use the ‘fully managed’ option about a year ago which is where I met Steph! I have been so happy, relieved and impressed with Steph and her abilities. She is a complete pleasure to deal with in all respects. She is kind, caring, very knowledgeable and professional. She replies to my emails concisely, practically before I’ve pressed send! I really can’t think of anything bad to say. Any reservations I had about letting go of the whole process of letting my houses have been completely blown away. I highly recommend both Alex and Steph and thank them very much indeed.

Having dealt with Alex in the lettings department I felt it necessary to come on here and leave a review. Its not something i do often as its rare to get great service. From the outset Alex was fantastic. Not only did she help me find the right property for myself, she also offered advice and help on other areas outside the rental transition. Thank you for your help, your clear communication and " human" approach to my rental. I also popped into the branch and spoke to a few members of the team and all were as friendly and approachable. Would certainly use you in the future for my own rentals knowing how well you have looked after me as a tenant. having spoken to about 10 different agents in the area and really being frustrated by the lack of service it was nice to find one who delivered. Massively inflated estimate and other tricks

Massively inflated estimate that they wanted to "review" after 2 weeks into the listing, once the 6 months sole agency kicked in. The long list of ready buyers' contact details that the agent showed in the estimation meeting never trickled down to their list of introduced persons, so beware of that tactic too and don't waste your time with them.
