GoogleRented a property from open doors but when I first entered it after the key handover, the place was in a very dirty state, with huge stains on the carpet, brown build up in the toilets, dirty kitchen cupboards, unclean hob, and lights not working - open doors still maintains that the property had been cleaned professionally, even though I have pictures to prove otherwise. UPDATE: the property has now been cleaned professionally, so I have upgraded my review. There are still some areas that require attention and the kitchen is quite outdated and worn off, but at least everything is clean now and I appreciate the support from open doors in this situation

GoogleWe rented through Open Doors for 8 months. There were quite a few niggling problems with the house but Open Doors were great. Always at the end of a phone, they organised services promptly and were helpful and polite. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleI've used Open Doors for close to ten years and in that time they have found me three long-term tenants. Each of these has been excellent. I experienced no late payments and no post-let deductions. Highly recommended service provider in a tough market

GoogleOpen Doors went above and beyond to help me secure a property after the referencing company failed to confirm my employment. I highly recommend Open Doors to both tenants and landlords. Edit: After 5 months, they are still doing an amazing job.

GoogleMy daughter was badly spoken too and made to pay a ridiculous fee for a top up clean when she left her flat in a great condition.

GoogleOpen Doors have done a sterling job for our company over the last few years. The Buckingham office provides excellent end to end service from finding prospective tenants to managing all aspects of the rental property. They are always prompt to respond and with a strong reliable team there is always assistance on hand.

This is why we do not pay any commission to our negotiators. When we did we found that we were incentivising our team to make the fist deal that came along, rather than the best deal. GoogleThis agency is the best I have ever dealt with. They provided a professional and informative service. I was in a position whereby I required a letting within a short time frame, with the added difficulty of requiring somewhere which would accept cats. Open Doors managed the complete the process of my move from initial contact to move-in day in under 3 weeks. The staff are friendly and always responded to my (numerous) e-mails in a timely manner. They gave me a transparant link to my Landlords which is really important in these days when there are unscrupulous agents out there! I would throughly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a professional yet approachable service provider in the field of residential lettings.

GoogleOpen Doors are excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble for them in the 2.5 years I have rented from them. They have quickly resolved any problems that occurred with the property without me having to chase them at all. The use good quality tradespeople who are professional and courteous. A definite 10 out of 10 for this company. You should note that I write this review as a tenant, not as the person for whom they are working (the owner). I am very impressed.

GoogleI was a tenant in a property managed by Open Doors for 2.5 years. The team were always happy to take my call and help as much as possible. If there were any problems with the house they would seek to remedy them as soon as possible. When we purchased the house from the landlord, Open Doors assisted with communication between both parties and the transaction went through smoothly with their assistance. I would recommend Open Doors as a letting agent as they have a fantastic customer service.

GoogleI have just had some major refurbishment work completed on my house which was superbly co-ordinated and managed by Courtney Heppell at Open Doors. Her efforts to bring this all together were very much appreciated as many other parties were involved before the work could begin.
