Too few staff to do viewings quickly and no weekend viewing.

Sales team failed to sell my property in the 12 weeks agreed contract . Viewers often had to wait ten days until an agent had a slot for them so people often had offered elsewhere before seeing mine I decided to let the property instead but Starkings don’t offer viewings at weekends which is ridiculous, after six weeks of the extremely young lettings team failing I gave up and went to another letting agent who had the house rented long term within a week

We bought a property through Starkings and Watson. Having had experience of several other agents in the Norwich area during our search for a new home I would absolutely recommend them. Much less 'corporate' than other agencies, one of which was cut-throat to the point of rude. The team at the Poringland office were all so approachable and all information was provided in layperson's terms. Prompt and thorough communications, clear information and really professional negotiation service from Will who litetally returned my e-mails within minutes. We also received regular, very helpful updates from Melissa. We recently sold two properties, have moved twice and eventually bought what we hope will be our ideal home. . Very stressful but the Starkings and Watson team did their utmost to smooth the journey.

Wasn't sure about the "Hybrid" thing, but S&W have been amazing throughout the sale and purchase process,so thoroughly professional and attentive. Sold our bungalow in Lingwood with S &W. They impressed me from the start at valuation stage, they had obviously done their homework and understood the market. They also had a good marketing strategy which sold our property quickly and conveniently without viewings dragging on. Once sold they followed through to ensure everything went through smoothly and even went the extra mile to post our keyring back to us after we had moved. I recommended to neighbours at the time and at least one also used them successfully. Professional, knowledgeable, good communicators, who pay attention to details, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
