Awful. Staff that don’t know what they’re doing. Happy to take your money but not work for it. Over promise & not deliver. When you confront them about it you’re accused of being disrespectful which is a joke since they accuse you of lying. Do not let your property out with Starkings & Watson - you’ll soon regret it. They can’t even get the address correct on a tenancy agreement. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Update: their way of dealing with bad reviews on social media is to block you! That’s why you only see good reviews as they hide the bad ones. Another fine example of integrity from Chris Starkings and I’m assuming Pippa Lainsbury who takes care of their social media.

A complete joke for an estate agent. Completely overpricing properties with the hope of a larger commission. Unrealistic and greedy. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. You’ll only end up dropping the price to sell, which looks desperate, and then going elsewhere to another agent anyway. Don’t waste your time.

I would like to just say how great starkings and Watson have been Sarah short has been simply amazing. Always having answers and helping with the solicitors as first time buyers it can be a very daunting task. But Sarah took the time to explain everything in detail that we understood I highly recommend her and a big thank you for your help. We are now home owners with very little stress.

We were completely new to the whole process obviously, and there’s a lot of terms, and situations you’re only ever going to face when buying a house. They were super helpful, and gave really good advice. Everything that was promised was delivered, on time and with updates. We felt like, on a personal level, they were just really nice people.If Steve shows you round a house you’re going to enjoy the experience even if you don’t like the house. He completely understood what we were looking for. Natalie has kept us up to date through the whole process and been on the case to get things done on the button. I 100% recommend these guys. No stress, efficient, and always helpful

GoogleHaving used a different agent when the house first went on the market, we weren't entirely satisfied with their service. We changed to Starkings Watson when the property was re-advertised and they've been exemplary. For personal reasons, we've since had to remove the property from the market, even though it was sold. I would certainly recommend them.
