Exceptional Customer Service!

Absolutely brilliant communication from right at the start when we brought our property to when we moved in. Rosie Turley went above and beyond her role as Sales Progresser . The sellers solicitor was slow at replying to emails so every day she chased and made contact so our sale progressed at speed. For context (both sides were chain free). When it was stressful, she reassured and kept in contact with us and solicitors so we felt positive and heard. We cannot thank Rosie enough as without her, we would not be in our house as quickly as we would without her. Ourselves and our solicitors our side thank Rosie for progressing the sale forward. My sister and I used the Brundall office to sell our parents house and are really pleased with the service from the whole team. Sam, Ana and James kept us up to date regarding the marketing of the property, viewing bookings, feedback and then the offer from the buyers. I'd like to say a big thank you to the team at Starkings and Watson's Brundall office following my mums recent purchase. Ana and Sam provided great communication and efficency from the sales department, allowing us to agree the purchase price with the vendor and secure the property. However the amazing service provided by Tracey who progressed the sale was invaluable. Tracey kept us up-to-date all the way through and went over and above particularly in the last couple of weeks to get us to completion. I know without doubt that completion would have still been weeks away without Tracey's help. Highly recommended

Really made a difference

The team at Starkings and Watson did a great job when selling our house. It was a complicated and very stressful move as we were relocating abroad but once the sale had been agreed Rosie was absolutely brilliant and looked after us and the sale every step of the way. She was very proactive and kept us fully updated. Her patience and constant support made the whole experience much easier than it could have otherwise been. Have been super impressed with the service provided - Millie Edge was fab at updating us and arranging viewings she was always really positive and kept us in the loop. Janet riches was also very helpful and kept checking in with us and giving us a weekly update and set out the timeline of everything that would need to be done before completion. We then had Chris Starkings who took over progressing the sale. He was super helpful and friendly, he gave me updates and reassurance at various stages and was always willing to help. Both Steve and Jake were incredibly proactive throughout the whole process, keeping us updated every step of the way, both before and after the deal was secure, for our sale and purchase. We have recently purchased a property through Starking and Watson and we can honestly say they are an amazing team. Looking at properties the sales team Sam and James were brilliant, with excellent knowledge of the area and always happy to help with any enquiries. The after sales team Tracy and Sarah were lovely to speak to and always quick to respond to our enquiries and phone with updates on our sale. We have just sold our property through Starkings and Watson in Brundall and have nothing but praise for the team there. From the very first valuation meeting, through the sales and after sales process the team were professional, friendly, patient and were always on hand to assist. Most of our dealings on the sales side were through James and Ana who were excellent. They took the time to discuss with us the best features of our property so that they were able to focus on these points when conducting viewings with potential buyers. The team always obtained feedback post viewings which they provided to us very promptly. We also used “The Street” app so were able to see who had viewed our property and their comments. The app was also useful for keeping track of upcoming viewings. On the post sales side, we mainly dealt with Tracey who was fantastic. She introduced herself and set out the process from the get go so we knew what to expect. The further into the process we got, Tracey was constantly chasing down updates on our chain and with solicitors. As we got closer to exchange she was very patient with us as there were days when we would be on the phone multiple times trying to find out what was going on. At no point were we made to feel like we were being a nuisance and the team were completely understanding of the stressful situations we found ourselves in at times. Ana also assisted right at the end as we got over the line and finally exchanged contracts. We did find that on most occasions when we tried to call the office, the phone was not answered and a message was received saying that someone would call back. Do not let that deter you as someone always did return our call when they were able to. Overall, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this team to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Although my purchase wasn’t successful the team and Starkings and Watson were amazing. Sarah Short was with me throughout the whole process, she kept me updated and informed me of every detail. It was a stressful time and her calm, friendly and professional approach was beyond anything I have ever experienced. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I contacted her she offered her time and support which was without doubt above and beyond her job description. If I ever need an estate agent again I will 100% be going back to Starkings and Watson and asking for Sarah. The Costessey Office

The Costessey office were extremely professional from start to finish. It is all we could really ask for. The valuation by Harry was honest and transparent, no messing about and even though the initial percentage rate quoted was rejected by us (he was a chancer!) the branch clearly wanted the business and a more favourable rate was negotiated that met our expectations. We sold in a little over 24hrs. Stephen at the branch was a font of all knowledge and advised us with regards to offers and likely outcome on our eventual purchase, despite having nothing to do with that sale. Bravo and many thanks. Janet worked so hard as we neared completion. We did put some pressure on her to drive the deal through and ensure that all parties were as committed as we were. The first time buyers at the beginning of the chain tested everyone’s patience, but with professional tenacity Janet shone through and made our feelings clear, the games ceased being played as a result. Thank you. Overall, a professional team that I would not hesitate to recommend. It just leaves me to say thanks to all the staff who played their role in our sale.
