We have just recently brought our first home with Starkings and Watson. Karen who showed us around the house was so lovely, she was very helpful in answering our questions and was very willing to find out anything she couldn't answer and most of all she wasn't pushy or forceful in getting our opinion like we had unfortunately experienced with other estate agents. Karen let us look around on our own and talk between ourselves and she was in general just a nice lady to talk to. The team were very helpful and kind on the phone and also very quick in responding to our emails. Their customer service was brilliant and I can't thank them enough for their help throughout the process😊

I would thoroughly recommend Starkings and Watson estste agents to sell your property. They sold my property in Norwich during the first nationwide lockdown. They wasn't the first agent I appointed because of the Hybrid tag so I decided to go with a local traditional agent. Well after 13 weeks and just one viewing. I terminated the contract and decided to go multi actually 7 in total !!! Amongst the many agents there was Starkings and Watson who gave me the most viewings . I had big corporate agents who promised me that I will get a flood of viewings because of who they were and where their branch locations were. Know what I didn't even get one viewing and was really disappointed. Not even the other 3 or 4 local well known agents could muster more than one viewing. David Hawkes came round took the photos, details and measured up. He was down to earth and didn't promise me the Earth. He is a really nice likeable bloke who gets things done efficiently and promptly. He will go the extra mile, he actually called and emailed me late into the evening . I really appreciated that and I noticed that he was really passionate about his job. When I accepted an offer from one of thier viewers, the professionalism didn't end there. Mellisa, Annie, Andrea and the rest of the progression team were always on hand to update me on the progression of the sale. To top it all up Starkings and Watson were the cheapest with their fees. Even though I went multi they still managed to give a discount of £250 because I was a member of the emergency services as they valued the work that we do especially during the Coronavirus Pandemic. As I said in the beginning I thoroughly recommend Starkings and Watson to sell your property because you know it makes sense. Theo Constantinou.

We sold our house through Starkings & Watson in September. We were very impressed by this estate agent. The initial contact, including the photographs and quality of the brochure were excellent. Their website is really good, easy to use and informative on how your sale is progressing. Their advertising strategy is wide ranging. They are not at all pushy and the two people we had most contact with, David Hawkes and Annie Edwards, did their jobs professionally and thoroughly. Annie, in particular, was really on the ball towards the end when things got a bit tricky and was a huge help. A really good company to deal with and very fair and competitive charges. We had a brilliant experience with Starkings and Watson from start to finish. David did the valuation and straight away we could tell he was genuinely passionate about getting us a good deal, but also realistic, didn’t feel any ‘estate agent jargon” just a real connection, with a good rapport. Then we met Melissa who really helped us, As we sold our property she worked with the team throughout COVID 19, she kept us informed every inch of the way and repeatedly emailed texted, rang she was a star, she sealed the deal. The service was so exceptional we put our new property we purchased with their letting management service we are going to be customers for a long time, we felt Important to stay as they proved to us they'd put our best interest first and built up our trust.
