Can’t praise this team highly enough. We were not successful in securing a property sold through Starkings and Watson previously as we were outbid. However, we were so impressed with the manner in which the sales procedure was handled, advice we were given and friendly check-ins to help our house search, that they were the number one choice when deciding on a company to represent us in our sale. We are delighted with sale of our property, as it progresses, and appreciate the speed with which the house was beautifully photographed and advertised, ensuring a great momentum and buzz of interest. Within an hour of accepting an offer, our for sale sign was altered to sold. We are so happy we chose Starkings and Watson.

The communication is fantastic keeping us updated regularly & the brilliant portal you have access to that also keeps you in the loop on all marketing, viewings & feedback. If we have ever had to call any member of staff they have been so helpful & know about our sale despite us not having communicated with that member of staff before. They have been great giving us advice & having sold our property in a little over a week of being on the market we will always use them going forward.

From start to finish the selling process took only seven weeks, and considering we lost two weeks to the Christmas and New Year's celebrations, it was a remarkably speedy transaction. My wife Yuki and I live not too far away from the Starkings and Watson offices in Costessey, and were able to meet Samuel Patrick, who impressed us with his honesty, drive and commitment...we had planned to visit at least two other agents before finalising our choice, but we more or less knew straight away that we had made the right selection and on leaving his office, felt no need to go to any other agent. David did the valuation and his knowledge of the housing market and in particular the Costessey area, was invaluable at arriving at the right price to market the house. Shannon and Ami combined the viewings and were polite, courteous and hard-working at all times. Melissa took on the task of communicating with us after the buyers were found and we found her to be on the ball and imparting updates either by e-mail or phone on a regular basis until the completion was formalised. Many people had told us that selling a house was one of the most stressful episodes of their lives, and I can fully understand how this can be so, but for us it was quite a seamless process from start to finish.
