FacebookExcellent estate agent - always easily reachable, they maintained frequent contact throughout our sale, kept the process as swift and efficient as possible whilst maintaining attention to detail, very friendly and professional. I also found they have always listened to what we wanted when we were looking to move. I would definitely recommend. Their hybrid service is absolutely brilliant value for money too.

FacebookI would definitely recommend using Starkings & Watson to sell a property again in the future. Very pleased with the service following the first appointment to provide a valuation and then throughout the journey to secure a buyer. The app which provides insight on booked appointments and feedback was incredibly useful and allowed me to understand the views or prospective buyers swiftly post viewing. Delighted to have received multiple offers above asking price and the support from the post sales team (Charly) was spot on. Delighted to complete today and would recommend the Costessey office for others looking to sell.

FacebookI have recently bought my new home through Starkins and Watkins and I can wholeheartedly say what an amazing service they provide…..professional, friendly and personal approach and if your lucky enough to have Natalie dealing with your purchase- you have struck gold!!! What a credit to this company she really is. Natalie Kept me informed with weekly calls from moment of purchase to the end and even allowed me to rant through the frustrating times lol!! If only all estate agents had these guy’s ethos and a Natalie of course

FacebookWe sold our parent's property with Starkings and Watsons, Chris and his team were recommended by a friend and we were not left disappointed, from the very first meeting he immediately put us all at ease, not only did he sell the property at the open day he guided us through the whole process, never making us feel like we were a nuisance or that our many questions were silly! My dad has Dementia so this was an incredibly difficult and stressful time for us all, Chris handled everything with a professional and compassionate manner and I am truly thankful for the care,effort and time everybody at Starkings & Watsons gave us. FacebookI first met Chris whilst I was viewing a house (which unfortunately wasn't meant to be) and the way he presented himself and the property was like a breath of fresh air! There were no cheesy sales talk, no pressure was put on us and overall was a friendly and professional guy. We then decided that we would like them to help us sell our house - which they did within a week of our open day! We can't thank Chris and all the staff at Starkings and Watson enough. They were always happy to provide support, chase up solicitors and just make the whole process that little bit easier! Would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone thinking of buying or selling their houses.

FacebookWe have just bought a house that was being sold by Starkings and Watson, and cannot rate them highly enough. From the start we were very impressed. At the open day, Chris was there to answer all our questions, but let us look around and explore by ourselves, which was great and meant we didn’t feel pressured/rushed but still got all the information we needed. Then from putting in the offer to completion (which took some time with slow solicitors) Chris and the team were amazing. They kept us up to date on what was going on and chased both solicitors when they needed a bit of a push. Chris was so easy to contact and always got back to any emails I sent within hours (if not much quicker). We’re not planning on moving anytime soon, but will definitely be using Starkings and Watson when we do. Thanks again for everything!
