- No Credit for good work - Long hours - No conflict resolution when there are issues - Have to use your own car and fuel expenses are not paid consistently, only when the managing director feels like it - Contracts are changed with no notice - No respect or flexibility for working parents - All offices are micromanaged by the managing director, the actual manager has very little say in the running of the office

Despite ultimately having to take our house off the market (temporarily), S & W (especially our main point of contact, Dominic) were easy to work with and offered advice on not only us selling, but also on offering on other properties.
