AWFUL experience with Burchell edwards Eastwood renting . Nothing ever got sorted properly. Moved in without a gas certificate, with a GAS LEAK in the house! I have 3 babies and this is a major safety risk. We were left without gas for a whole WEEK, me and my 3 babies had to sleep in the car and they kept saying they haven’t got the proper parts for the boiler yet. NO communication with this branch whatsoever it’s like they have no idea what they are doing?. Fast forwards… windows and doors didn’t even lock/close and that STILL hasn’t been sorted properly😂 advertised as a drive but no drop down Kiev and a car cannot even fit on the ‘drive’. Brick wall with HEAVY big bricks on falling down and could possibly Kill my children if they went near it and they fell down! Burchell edwards no where near bothered to sort this out so we have had to have the council out. Whatever you do PLEASE for the safety of yourself and whom you may be moving into a property with… BE CAREFUL as they are not bothered about your safety. Plenty of more problems to complain about, we are lucky enough to be getting out of this property!

Biggest nightmare of a company ! Don’t know where to start! Everything from the lettings to the selling side are horrific ! Would never advise any landlord to let with this company and definitely not get them managed by them ! Never check the property , never chase any arrears ! Make sure you check references of tenants as they actually said they got rid of my terrible tenants by saying they were perfect tenants ! ‘L’ word comes into mind of what they are ! I could write a book on issues I had with them ! Never again ! I d really rate them a 0!

GoogleDifficult to deal with, pushed me through a forced mortgage consultation to make an offer and then provided incorrect information about my offer being accepted and the property taken off the market / other offers rejected which meant we initiated a few things to progress before being told 1 week later another offer had been accepted. I would avoid using them if you can.

As previously explained to you, we always carry out an offer check process, of which we agree with the vendor on instruction, to ensure it is financially doable for specific buyers. This is done for the care of our vendors, but our buyers also. To confirm, the vendors were happy to accept your offer but had not formally taken the property off the market or a memorandum of sale sent out. The offer was put forward on the property after verbally accepting your offer. Unfortunately, the vendors decided to change their minds and we have stood by them for their personal decision. Worse Agency I have EVER DEALT WITH! Do not go anywhere near them! It would take me 4 months to list the errors, the unprofessional RUDE staff! It took them 4 weeks to ring us back and Evan then it was an automatic response! Their errors have cost us £2500! Honestly they are disgraceful disrespectful money hungry sub human! They don’t care about humans just the bottom line!! Vile!!!

I bought a property a week ago and there is too many things missing the contract which connels group lawyers gave me the was tottely deffrent and the property was tottely deffrent when i went to view and when i bought now i am just waiting for them replies and cant do anything just waste of money hundered and sixty thousand pound please be aware dont waste your money like me i am stuck now cant do anything just waiting and i know snd of the day nothing because i paid and the property is mine now so please just becare full and dnt trust them specially there contract paperes.
