GoogleI was extremely worried about my mortgage renewal and needed some advice as to what my best options were. Michaela took the the time run through every option possible and made me feel a lot happier with rates and costs. I’m really happy with the service and felt that no question was a silly question. GoogleSTAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t even rate these 1 star!!! Do not trust these people - all you will hear is lie after lie after lie and false promises that will cost you money!!! Communication is absolutely diabolical the poorest I have EVER experienced. They have NO idea of the meaning of customer service. It’s shameful the lies they will tell to make sure they get their commission, which under no circumstances do they deserve!! They have no conscious when it comes to messing with people’s lives!!

Staff were always friendly and on hand to answer questions and showed excellent communication between ourselves and the sellers. Top people were Dan, Angie, James and Matt. Thank you all! Even after purchase, we are still in contact and have been made to feel very welcome and reassured during this new chapter. Will be sure to use again when we one day plan to move on, no doubt. What was evident from experience with some other agents is that they obviously took the time to do the necessary groundwork to engage with prospective purchasers to find out their requirements as quality viewings were provided throughout. With well presented particulars too, they could not have done any better and I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat through William H Brown Broxbourne and have to say these guys were excellent from start to finish. The first appointment we had was with Isa who visited the property and gave us a very fair valuation and did a good job of setting our expectations. Once we had all photos done and instructed to sell James and Angie took over from that point both were on the ball and were in regular contact regarding viewing, offers and general calls to touch base from time to time. It didn’t take them very long to get us an offer and once they did Dan did a great job of liaising between all parties ensuring the process went as smooth as possible right up to completion which took away all the stress you would usually associate with moving. Overall I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending William H Brown Broxbourne they did a fantastic job and should we decide to move again I know which estate agent I will be calling.

GoogleWe have been looking at properties with different estate agents but when we met Tiyer we were so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge about the houses he was selling as well as the local area. It is clear he is very passionate about his job and has excellent interpersonal skills. I would honestly say he is by far the best estate agent we have encountered.

GoogleHopeless. They sold a property for us more than two months ago and incorrectly deducted too much commission. Despite them acknowledging the error immediately, I am STILL waiting for them to refund the difference. It's getting boring now phoning them for a weekly update. I have had every excuse ranging from missing chequebooks, a Christmas party, "The cheque needs to be approved by somebody at our head office" plus a load more I have forgotten about. I can't fault them for help with finding a buyer, it's just getting boring now phoning them.

GoogleCalled multiple times and never received a call back from the sales team. The house I wanted to view is still currently sitting on the market. Had a mortgage in principle ready however they are more interested in selling their mortgage services then the houses. I would not recommend William H Brown.

GoogleAbsolutely incredible service from these guys. My house was on with an online agent for 3 months and nothing. Adam had me a buyer in 3 days! Fantastic! They work well as a team and know what’s going on, also very valuable local knowledge and a good feel and understanding of the local area and market.

GoogleI have used many mortgage advisers - none have been as helpful or talented as Michaela Norbury. We have had bumps along the road (lenders fault) and she has been persistent and pragmatic in providing/brokering solutions. I cannot recommend her enough!

GoogleNot to be trusted, make sure you obtain any statements about a property in writing as they lied in order to get a house sold and failed to take responsibility for the wrong information provided. Would not recommend following the awful experience.
