Dishonest, lazy and incompetent. Do not trust this branch of William H Brown with your time, money or information. They do not comply with their own codes of practice or the law. They show no remorse when they are caught red handed breaking their own rules. Their senior management and head office staff are like minded. This company is untrustworthy at every level. Find another agent, you will regret using this one.

Was extremely disappointed with our experience. Extremely unprofessional and would not be honest with us throughout. We would constantly be told that someone would phone back to talk to us and no one ever would- we would phone and leave messages and it would take over two weeks for a reply. Appreciate that the seller we were trying to buy from was not easy to get hold of, but there is no excuse for the poor communication or lack of professionalism we were shown from the estate agents. Could not recommend to anyone and would never buy or sell from William H Brown Broxbourne again. Would leave zero stars if possible, a waste of our time and money.
