Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.

Unfortunately not an agent we could recommend - Their considered and possible 1 sided cherry picking reply of my review is exactly why I may have written my review Our records show an email from the purchasers solicitors telling us that the information this agent and the purchaser gave us, on more than one occasion was not true !! That's their solicitor telling our solicitor the information they both gave was not true !! This was forwarded to Kings at the time which was never disputed. Happy to give a chronology if the agent needs facts for this review. I rarely write a negative review ( please do check readers ) but made an exception in this case.

Its not often I give reviews.. I only make a point of doing so when a service has been particularly good or at the other end of the spectrum! I am pleased to say, this is the former. I had a less than acceptable experience with another agent before I went to King's, so I already had my guard up and was wary. I was honest about this. The service I have received from the team at Kings has been exceptional. I would say 95% of my dealings have been with Sam, the branch manager and he has been excellent throughout. I haven't been the easiest customer and I have quite a complex situation so I have needed alot of help from Sam. What I particularly appreciate is the human element to Sam's interaction. I feel alot of agents can be quite detached from their clients and this is where King's have the edge. I believe in being straight and honest and at times I have been very annoying and demanding, but Sam has taken all this in his stride, with great humour, delivering an exceptional service. I also dealt with Charlie early on in the process and he too was excellent I was glad I chose King's, and although I am not at the end of the process, the service so far warrants praise. I would definitely recommend King's and really think the staff there are an asset to the organisation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Potential tenants found within a few days, which Sophie Lyons then narrowed down for me as per my requirements. This young lady was exceedingly professional, amenable and efficient, always keeping me fully informed during the whole process. I am very happy with the service she and Elleisha-Ann provided. Any queries were rapidly dealt with. There was an error on the contract but this was rapidly corrected. My property is fully managed, and I do have one slight gripe, keys seem to keep going missing!

What an amazing bunch, especially Sophie Lyon and James Cecil who are a real credit to Kings in Cheshunt! After a truly horrific experience with the cowboys at Woodhouse (across the road from Kings), I decided to search for a new agent within the area to search for new tenants and manage my property, after a quick telephone call with James he guaranteed me, that he would get my property back on the market within days and I would be receiving offers at the rate I desired, within the blink of an eye, I had new tenants paying my desired rate JUST 48 hours after their ad went live - "That's what I call SERVICE" I'm delighted I made the switch! without any shadow of doubt these guys knows their market, there's no fannying about with these guys. I would definitely recommend Kings - selling my first home was made so much easier as I felt confident that everything was being looked after and Kings knew what was happening at all stages. From the get-go Alfie and Charlie took an interest in my home, handled everything with care, went above and beyond and were always communicative and available to talk. This seemed to be a totally different approach compared to other estate agents I got quotes from, and the non-existent communication from my seller's estate agent. This is all despite my home not being in a higher price range, yet they still put a lot of effort into the case.
