I recently sold my property through Kings after speaking to a few of the local agents. When valuing the property Sam was very helpful when most other local agents seemed content to list at a lower price just to collect their fee’s. The house was sold within a few days. Hasan and Sam were in contact throughout and were happy to answer or help with any queries at all times. Highly recommend and friendly people to deal with!

Worse estate agent my family have ever dealt with. An offer was placed by my in-laws on a property advertised by Kings Cheshunt. Offer was not put forward to the vendor. Forced to use their brokers and solicitors by threats. Been told another lady has put an offer without seeing the property. Nice lies... In laws went to ask the vendor if the offer was put forward. This was not put forward of course, the estate agent very angrily called my father in law, questioning why they went back to the property. Why not? We have been calling how many times and have had no return or answer regarding the offer made. Yes Charlie, we are telling you how to do your job sir, absolutely uneducated. I was given the best service of my life by Sophie Lyon. These lady nailed it from start to finish. I cannot recommend Kings in Cheshunt highly enough. They were extremely professional, helpful and courteous and have definitely restored my faith in Estate Agents from past experiences. I had originally instructed an on-line agent from whom I had zero viewings compared to Kings, where I had viewings virtually every day for a month until I found a buyer. My solicitors also fell rather short so whenever I had a query I would turn to Kings rather than my legal team. Even after completion they told me I could contact them with any further assistance I might need. Charlie, Sam and Dan were fantastic - more like friends - and many many thanks to them all. Unfortunately not an agent we could recommend - Their considered and possible 1 sided cherry picking reply of my review is exactly why I may have written my review Our records show an email from the purchasers solicitors telling us that the information this agent and the purchaser gave us, on more than one occasion was not true !! That's their solicitor telling our solicitor the information they both gave was not true !! This was forwarded to Kings at the time which was never disputed. Its not often I give reviews.. I only make a point of doing so when a service has been particularly good or at the other end of the spectrum! I am pleased to say, this is the former. I had a less than acceptable experience with another agent before I went to King's, so I already had my guard up and was wary. I was honest about this. The service I have received from the team at Kings has been exceptional. I would say 95% of my dealings have been with Sam, the branch manager and he has been excellent throughout. I haven't been the easiest customer and I have quite a complex situation so I have needed alot of help from Sam. What I particularly appreciate is the human element to Sam's interaction. I feel alot of agents can be quite detached from their clients and this is where King's have the edge. I believe in being straight and honest and at times I have been very annoying and demanding, but Sam has taken all this in his stride, with great humour, delivering an exceptional service. I also dealt with Charlie early on in the process and he too was excellent I was glad I chose King's, and although I am not at the end of the process, the service so far warrants praise. I would definitely recommend Kings - selling my first home was made so much easier as I felt confident that everything was being looked after and Kings knew what was happening at all stages. From the get-go Alfie and Charlie took an interest in my home, handled everything with care, went above and beyond and were always communicative and available to talk. This seemed to be a totally different approach compared to other estate agents I got quotes from, and the non-existent communication from my seller's estate agent. This is all despite my home not being in a higher price range, yet they still put a lot of effort into the case. Highly professional, warm and friendly people to work with who got to know me and my home, rather than treating it like another case/number. Thank you so much!
