I have never met an estate agent as attentive and responsive as Sarah Conner. Right from the beginning she was a dream to work with. Throughout the whole process the communication was immaculate. She always spoke to us as people rather than price tags which is uncommon in this profession. I cannot give enough compliments to the manager of the branch Samik. Doing your job is one thing but what Samik does it in a completely different category. There was always an open door to queries or worries. To say that this is a branch above the rest is not saying enough. If you’re looking to buy or sell I don't see why you would go anywhere else.

We just completed purchase on our house, September 2022. From first viewing back in April, staff were super helpful. We had a few viewings through kings and Sarah pushed us forward as we had all our documents ready, we had our heart set on this one though and she sorted everything swiftly with the sellers. Yes the whole process took 5 months but it was a probate property and this was no fault of the agents. Sarah was always supportive throughout working with the solicitors, following up with sellers and updating us all the way through, giving us that little peace of mind and reassurance. Also enabling repeat visits to the house on short notice so we could take measurements etc. Such a relief now and looking back couldn’t have done it without kings support. Thank you to the team!

After a few less than successful attempts we got some more help from Sarah. The team were friendly and professional. Although the process took long they continued to assist us and helped in every way they could. Sarah and Sam were very approachable and listened to us. When valuing the property Sam was very helpful when most other local agents seemed content to list at a lower price just to collect their fee’s. The house was sold within a few days. Worse estate agent my family have ever dealt with. An offer was placed by my in-laws on a property advertised by Kings Cheshunt. Offer was not put forward to the vendor. Forced to use their brokers and solicitors by threats. Been told another lady has put an offer without seeing the property. Nice lies... In laws went to ask the vendor if the offer was put forward. This was not put forward of course, the estate agent very angrily called my father in law, questioning why they went back to the property. Why not? We have been calling how many times and have had no return or answer regarding the offer made. Yes Charlie, we are telling you how to do your job sir, absolutely uneducated. I cannot recommend Kings in Cheshunt highly enough. They were extremely professional, helpful and courteous and have definitely restored my faith in Estate Agents from past experiences. I had originally instructed an on-line agent from whom I had zero viewings compared to Kings, where I had viewings virtually every day for a month until I found a buyer. My solicitors also fell rather short so whenever I had a query I would turn to Kings rather than my legal team. Even after completion they told me I could contact them with any further assistance I might need. Charlie, Sam and Dan were fantastic - more like friends - and many many thanks to them all.
