One of the worst estate agents ever I have dealt with, Asked for hundred documents and proof of savings which equal four times the amount of the annual rent amount and asking for guarantor who should be a home owner or have a British passport and all payslips then after pushing them they just followed the usual rules Besides after all of that, they gave me a room which I did not choose or opt for for a bloody expensive rent and while having Wi-Fi in the house they denied having it and I found out when checked online to purchase a one that the house already have a one

GoogleI went on a viewing with Kieran, after viewing with multiple agents that week. He was extremely attentive and ensured he knew exactly what I was looking for to every minute detail. He had the answers to all my questions about the properties he took me too as well as general questions. He always keeps me up to date with new properties when they come onto the market! He goes above and beyond in providing an amazing service. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.

GoogleI was initially sceptical about using a high street estate agent as I thought they did little for their high charges. How wrong I was after using Kings at Cheshunt! Samik and his young, dynamic team were enthusiastic from day one. The energy Hassan and Sarah showed from start to finish was a joy to see, always a phone call away with knowledgeable and friendly advice, also consistently punctual at their appointments. I can't thank them enough. Sam professionally led me through the legalities and complicated pitfalls of house selling, helping and reassuring me at every turn, even available out of hours. His broad understanding of his profession belies his age. I feel very lucky to have found what must be the best estate agent in Cheshunt.

Both Sam and Hasan are very knowledgeable and helped us understand our journey into home ownership.
