Following our launch in September 2010, the expansion of the Sinclair Hammelton Lettings department has continued to flourish by offering rental services to Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Orpington, Petts Wood and the surrounding areas. Our friendly, approachable and reliable staff work alongside landlords and tenants to provide them with the bespoke level of service they have come to expect from such a high quality independent Lettings Agent. The Lettings and Property Management departments are headed by Nicola Stanway, who prides herself on offering that personal touch so essential to a good tenancy. GoogleWe had a very good experience with Sinclair Hammelton from start to finish.All the team members were helpful. Harry oversaw our sale and purchase and was always very proactive and responsive;it made a real difference. He was professional and persistent in chasing a conveyancing firm that were progressing at a protracted pace! They also recommended a solicitor- the best I've ever encountered. House move stress was minimised as much as it could be.

GoogleWe have used Sinclair and Hamilton for the second time to find a property to let. Hannah, our agent, was very helpful and she tried so hard to find us the right house to let. And she did it! We 've let a beautiful house with a large, sunny garden . We are very pleased and we highly recommend the agency and Hannah in specific.

GoogleFantastic service, Matthew Hirst provided really informative advice on the current market and how we could achieve a successful sale. Weekly updates always happened and this took a lot of pressure off me to chase the process. Particularly at times of challenges with solicitors and conveyancer. Sinclair Hammelton were recomended to me and I would definitely use them again and now recommend them to friends.

GoogleI found Sinclair Hammelton & Choices Admin to be invisible when I needed info, or incompetent when doing some basic tasks. Botched the move in time, contract signing and move out handover. A comedy of errors. Certain Choices admin staff act like they are doing you a favour just by answering the phone. They probably just need some training. Avoid.

Dear Dusan, Huge apologies that you have had to face these delays with your pool recommissioning and understand your frustration. As you are aware, we will of course compensate you with a rent rebate for the time that you have been unable to use the pool. As your managing agents, we are doing the best we can in trying to resolve this matter and carry out the required works as soon as possible. We are just as frustrated as you are that we were unable to get this completed any sooner, however, circumstances of all parties involved have not allowed for this to be a smooth completion. Also, we have faced unforeseen setbacks with the pool since the first attempt a couple of weeks ago to get it recommissioned. There are layers of issues that were uncovered during the filtering and that have to be dealt with before the recommissioning is successfully completed. It can be out of our control when instructed companies cannot complete work due to further issues and further required funds which need to be received and paid. We apologise again for the inconvenience that this may have caused you and hope that we can regain your faith in Sinclair Hammelton as we are chasing all parties every day for this to be completed. GoogleSeemed all fine at first bit have been waiting 3 monyhs for a return of my deposit. I have been brushed off on countless occasions andd now the lady in charge of returning my deposit (louise aldridge) will not talke my calls and refuses to call me back.... Very dissapointed!!!
