GoogleWe have been looked after by Klaudia for the last two years and she was spot on with everything. If anything went wrong she was there to solve it within a day or two. Very friendly and efficient! Would defiantly recommend Property world and Klaudia to anyone who is looking to rent in Sydenham!

GoogleI was struggling to find a new place after my previous landlord decided to sell the property I was renting. The Property World was fantastic. They had great market knowledge and really understood the local real estate scene. Their customer service was friendly and supportive, which made a big difference during this stressful time. Jane, in particular, was amazing. She paid attention to every detail, making sure all the paperwork and procedures were handled perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

GoogleFriendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The guys at Property World have seen us through the ups and downs of letting our flat out but we have always come out the other side. Big thanks to Nicky, Dan and Keeley for making sure we dont have to worry too much when it comes to tenants questions. GoogleI can't fault Property World. I bought through them and didn't have the smoothest of moves as the vendor tried to pull out of the sale the week we were supposed to exchange. I dealt with Mark Painter who went above and beyond the call of duty to hold the chain together and was always very helpful and responsive when I called. I am now snuggled up in my house in Anerley and would recommend this agent and Mark in particular.

GoogleLife is mostly about relationships and business is no exception. I choose Property World to let and then finally sell my house; we had a good relationship and they didn't let me down. The journey was occasionally stressful but they kept a cool head and kept me sane; honesty was always at the forefront of our discussions. Yes I would recommend Property World. Dan and Jason, thank you for all your hard work.

They were very professional throughout the entire process, always providing clear and honest information about how everything works. They managed everything efficiently, making sure the process was timely and well-organized. Jane, in particular, was fantastic. TrustpilotAgent tried to bully us into selling property with them.
Was getting ready to sell our property. Asked Richard one of the owners of Property World advice and he suggested to get works done. As the flat was empty, I asked him to monitor the works periodically. A couple of weeks before the job was due to be finished, Richard tells me everything is fine, just a couple more weeks work left. Turned out the contractor botched seriously the job - so badly that I had to get another one to redo all the stuff and ended up having to pay twice for the job. Decided I could not rely on Property World and decided not to sign the contract to sell. They had keys to the flat so blackmailed me to pay for the photos that turned out they had never taken plus the time they spent on inspecting the property otherwise they would not give the keys back.Richard's brother tried to act the heavy on the phone with abusive language and threats. Read other reviews on this site and take heed!

We are not even a customer of Property World, they were arranging the bottom of our chain, we are at the top. However Jason, was approachable and only too happy to help push the sale through, even though he appeared to be hampered by the solicitor acting for the buyer. Jason said he would look into the issues and call be back, he did exactly that, calling me on a regular basis. Much better than the agents above. So Jason, well done and thank you all your help, it was really appreciated. Mark Hobbs

GoogleAbsolute waste of time. We viewed a property and expressed our terms. The agent called the following day claiming that the landlord agreed on our terms. We declined all other properties that we viewed for this agent's word. The following day we received a phone call saying that landlord has changed his mind etc... and I also realised that whatever we wanted didn't pass to the landlord. Do not waste your time. Once I placed this review, I received a phone call immediately. My advice to you as a lawyer is to get the landlords to sign a piece of paper expressing their acceptance of terms and that until all of the credit checks are completed, the property cannot be rented to someone else. Next time, make sure that you pass the customer's terms to the landlord.
Emir, I have just called you and we have discussed the issue personally but as agreed, I am also now responding to your review in writing. I understand and accept the situation has been frustrating and I share your frustration too. As an agent we are in the middle and are dependent upon the actions, decisions and behaviour of both landlords and tenants. All we can do is act with the highest standards of professional integrity and honesty at all times. We believe we do, but sometimes things are out of our control which can lead to disappointing situations. No matter how transparent we are, bad news is bad news and may cause upset. In this situation, you viewed a property with us and expressed an interest verbally setting out your terms. We spoke to the landlord, gave him your terms and he verbally agreed. The next day he called to say he had changed his mind and we relayed this to you immediately. There was at this stage no written agreement or written confirmation from either side, nor was there any financial commitment on your part. We relayed the landlords change of heart as soon we could in order to cause as little disruption to you as possible and to give you the opportunity to pursue the other flat you said you were interested in. We are sorry things didn’t work out with this flat. Following our chat, Propertyworld is still committed to trying to find you a property and will send you the details of anything that matches your requirements. No good unorganized unprofessional employees after my orribile experience won’t recommend for sure ! They are Better agencies with better customer service as well for sure !…

Google50% of the people who work here, they are fantastic the other 50% are horrible, you will only have to hope to be lucky, but on the other hand it is a bit like that everywhere. What matters is the administration, some managers want to help and they are friendly but the super advisors ... better to deal with snakes! fortunately I'm not their tenant, I just assisted a lot of friends and relatives.

It is not clear from the review how you have had involvement with Propertyworld, or as you say, you have “assisted a lot of friends and relatives”. Can you provide any further information on your involvement, details on who or which property? You refer to “super advisors”, this makes no sense to me. None of our people have jobs titles that are remotely similar to this. We have had a number of fake reviews which are intended to damage our reputation. GoogleI saw some comments about racism, it happened to me too, first thing they ask med me, "where are you from, weren't you born in the uk?" what does it matter to them? I'm legal in this country, I have all my documents in days, who was born in this country has an advantage? irony, a country driven by immigrants That's it
I believe this review has been left as part of an orchestrated campaign by someone who felt aggrieved at not being able to view a house we listed for rent. I believe it is entirely false. But in the spirit of openness….. I can not comment directly on an alleged conversation other than to say that the accusation of discrimination is entirely wrong, profoundly unfair and insulting to me, my brother (who’s wife is African) the business I run and my mixed gender, multi racial and mixed nationality team of employees. We treat every person the same and believe every person is the same. If you were asked that question, have you considered that the person you were speaking to was simply interested in where you were from? Interested in finding more out about you or were making notes to consider later as part of their job, such as the right of rent checks we have to perform to comply legally. I personally speak to something like a hundred people a day and generally the conversations are all the same.. “what property would you like to view?”, “when do you want to move?”, “who is the property for?” and because of this I often ask questions that you wouldn’t ordinarily expect to relieve the monotony, such as when someone tells me what they do ..” do you enjoy it?” “is it a fun way to earn a living?” or if someone is from somewhere I have not been to “what’s it like a place to live?”, “how does it compare to England?”. We often see what we’re looking for and usually the truth is much simpler and much nicer.

Awful experience. I had booked a viewing of a flat and they cancelled half an hour before it should happen saying that they will call to rearrange. They never called again and the offer disappeared from the website. I'm actually glad that I won't rent from them if they treat customers this way. I definitely agree with the negative reviews.
