GoogleMoving home can be a stressful process but the staff at KFH were really helpful. They talked me through the process and gave me advice on what to do. Demi Letts was especially helpful and made me really feel at ease with my move as well as when showing me around the property in the first place! Keep up the great work!

GoogleI'm not really one for leaving a review but felt I had to after my experience with KFH. Me and my Partner have been looking at purchasing a property for some time now and have met with a few different Estate Agents that didn't really seem engaged or take note of what we was looking for however after meeting with Laura our luck finally changed, she was helpful, reliable and answered any questions we had! I couldn't recommend her enough and want to personally thank her again for all her help!

GoogleGreat team at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward; Daniel Webster has assisted me in the past but now being the big boss he sent me over to his team; that person being Armir who provided an exceptional service. They are very patient and never rush you just so they can get the sale; they really help you understand what your looking for and what's best for your long term and short term property goals. This made all the difference when on the verge of making one of the biggest financial decisions there is. My expectations of customer service are high and they exceed them 12 times out of 10.

GoogleI've just finished a 3 year tenancy thorough the agency and everything went as smooth as possible from start to finish. Victoria and Brooke were extremely helpful even after my contract ended and stayed in touch till I got my deposit back. To be honest, renting thorough this agency was an absolutely hassle free experience thanks to all the wonderful people working there. I totally recommend them!

I was impressed with the number of viewings arranged within a short space of time by KFH and very pleasantly surprised when we got an offer within two weeks for the asking price. This is the definition of exceeding expectations. Credit in particular is due to Malica who made the sale of our house and that of our next door neighbour - thank you!
