The first contact I had with Millie was a phone call to enquire about a property. She was warm, helpful, and very well informed about the house, I instantly (in comparison to other estate agents I had spoken to and met) felt in very safe and honest hands. The viewing of the property was very positive, Millie knew everything about the house, she even could advise how the house could be extended in the future, how much that would roughly cost etc. She knew the closest train stations, and quickly worked out what would be the most efficient way for me to commute, she even had a great insight into the local schools. I have now exchanged on the purchase of this house, and couldn't be happier. Throughout the process Millie has been so efficient, her communication is extremely reactive which has made the experience feel a lot easier. Additionally, what I have appreciated is that she was always been very honest and straightforward with me. When we encountered inevitable delays, she had already prepared me for them, this in the process of buying a house is very important. I quickly decided after first meeting her, that even if I wasn't successful with the house I viewed, I would still have tried to purchase one from KFH, and if I was ever to sell one, she would be without a doubt the only agent I would use. I have recommended her and KFH to everyone I know. Her contact details are now in every group WhatsApp I am apart of in the Bromley community.

KFH is a well-known and respected brand, and in our personal experience, they have an absolute star in Millie Winfield. Millie goes above, beyond, and then somehow even further! Her communication, negotiation skills, professionalism and bubbly personality are outstanding. She was always available, always kept us updated and, quite honestly, kept me going throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home. Buying and selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly when things don’t initially go to plan, but having Millie alongside us made a huge difference. I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough. When the time eventually comes for us to move again, there will be no question about who we call. Millie was absolutely fantastic throughout our house sale. She was approachable, honest and genuinely went above and beyond, often working on her days off and outside of normal hours to help chase things up and get solicitor documents through and sorted. What really stood out was how relatable, empathetic and human she was. She gave us honest, professional advice throughout, particularly when we encountered difficulties along the way, none of which were the fault of Millie or KFHS, and always helped us navigate things calmly and sensibly. Selling and buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Millie in your corner makes such a difference.
