KFH provided an excellent service to my partner and I during the process of us purchasing our first house. In particular Malica Hunt - from the moment Malica showed us the house, she was always friendly, easily accessible and maintained a steady level of communication with us to keep us informed on progresses with the purchase. During the purchase of our house, Malica sadly was put on Furlough and Emily Williams took over the case. Emily Williams was also equally a great deal of help. She helped negotiate a lower purchase price (given COVID) and she was equally very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to KFH and their brilliant staff for making this a painless process.

We had our property on the rental market for nearly 6 weeks with another agent who had failed to find a suitable tenant. I purchased a flat from KFH Bromley with Rebecca. I found Rebecca very professional and responsive. She clearly knew the estate agent landscape very well, kept on top of the transaction and was proactive about resolving difficulties when they arose. This even extended to resolving some issues of communication between solicitors. Phone calls and emails were quickly returned and other colleagues were excellent in filling in when Rebecca was not in the office. Overall I was very satisfied with the services of KFH Bromley and would be happy to use them again.

We were invited for a preview on a property before it went to market and it was our ideal home! Brooke was terrific in going over the odds to make sure that we felt listened to, understood and was infinitely positive.
