GoogleI dealt with Brooke Williams at the Bromley branch and must say the whole experience was seamless. From initial viewing to making an offer and collecting the keys Brooke was there for me every step of the way. Amazing service from start to finish when I collected the keys. I will never use another agent again apart from KFH as the experience with them is so superior to every other agent I had dealings with. Don't waste your time with anyone else go to KFH as they are absolutely brilliant and Brooke is one in a million. Keep up the amazing work. Well Done !

GoogleStephanie and the team are so efficient and helpful. We've used them for some years now and with the change in tenants over the years, we have hardly noticed any difference. The team just deal with everything and let us know when it's all done. I've had experience of other well known agents in the area and would recommend KFH over and above the rest.

GoogleRecently I had a very bad experience with KFH. Our Hob was triped and unable to cook. Reported the issue as an emergency as we had to get takeaways. Tracked the property management team for updates. But nothing happened and no more updates. Checked with the KFH team in person. But still nothing happened and no updates till. The same happened a few months back for another issue. Feels like negligence. Very poor management.

GoogleWe dealt with Malica as buyers of a property in Bromley. Malica was very polite, courteous and professional at all times. She was transparent with the sale process and very responsive at all times. When a couple of bumbs came up post sale during the conveyancing process, Malica helped us resolved them very quickly and in a "win - win" situation for both us and her clients. Overall we were very content in our interaction as buyers with KFH and would certainly consider them as clients in the future.
