GoogleI would like to highly commend the staff at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, 1 High Street, Bromley for their excellent work in securing the sale of my house. I signed the contract to instruct them and in under a week, before the property even went to market, they secured 2 viewings. Within one day I was offered the full asking price with no chain and accepted. Emily, Megan, Rebecca and Malika cannot be faulted in their professionalism as I was very nervous in having to deal with the sale of the house by myself since the recent loss of my husband. It's a shame we didn't get a chance to use the photo's girls as Thomas did a fantastic job. Let's hope it all runs smoothly now until completion. thank you Jane

GoogleThe help and guidance I have received from Rebecca at KFH Bromley has been absolutely superb. Her efficiency and professionalism is second to none, she is also a very friendly and well informed negotiator. Thanks again for taking the stress out of this process. A special mention for Kelly in the lettings department, I recently put a property to let through KFH Bromley and a tenant was found immediately. Kelly has made this look like an unbelievably simple process when the reality is she has put an enormous amount of effort in to make this work for me. Thanks again for being available 24/7 to answer any queries, you really do need to switch your phone off from time to time!

GoogleWe are really pleased with this agency, as it was the only one in 8-10 agencies that actually showed real interest in helping us find a new home. We worked with Christian White and he really knows what he is doing: he found us a place, he helped with everything involved, he would answer our calls and emails and provide information and answers to all of our questions. It's been a pleasure working with him and KFH and we would recommend them to any friend that would need an estate agent.

GoogleEmily at KFH Bromley was fantastic with the sale of our flat. We listed the property twice with them as we had to remove it for personal reasons the first time. Emily came to see me and reassured us on all our concerns. She also assisted me with banking evaluations and advised me on purchasing my house which was listed with a different agent. She really went above and beyond to help us. She even helped me on her day off to complete the sale of my flat. Thank you to Emily and Malika for all your efforts. I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

GoogleThat’s absolutely awesome agent. I have used them before long time ago for renting. So I knew this agent very well. This time we were looking for a property to buy, Rebecca has been really helpful. From the moment we start looking for flat till now we moved in already. Everything went smoothly and so quick. And she has been very patient as well every time when I want to see the same property again. It’s just amazing. Now we have moved in to our new flat, we are very happy for the whole process and her customer service is brilliant.

GoogleWe had a good overall experience with KFH Bromley, dealing with Emily and her team over a period of time. We found them to be professional, proactive and good at their jobs. They got a large number of viewings and ultimately were successful in finding us a good buyer and getting us through the exchange and completion process. We found their staff friendly, enthusiastic, competent and good to deal with. We had dealings with other estate agents in Bromley, and definitely found KFH and the guys we dealt with there to be the best. I'd certainly recommend them!

GoogleNatalie Humm is far the best letting agent I have ever met ! You might be aware that finding the dream flat/house is not an easy thing. It needs lots of time and efforts.. I had different preferences and my wife had different ones. It is normally very hard to match all of our needs. (garden and balcony and fireplace and ...) She is a great listener and she has probably the widest portfolio. Not only that, she has also great relationship with other offices and agents. She connected with them and speed the process of targeting the best home in the best location for us. When we made second viewing, we had already know that we are where we like to live... GoogleI have great pleasure in recommending Ramsay Mintah at KFH, Bromley. Ramsay is an exceptional estate agent who went to great lengths to understand my pre-requisites when looking for a new house. He even booked 5 properties for me to see one Sunday which I was hugely grateful for seeing as it was his day off. He has excellent communication skills and kept me up to date constantly. Ramsay is one of the few agents that I would recommend :)

GoogleWhat differentiates KFH Bromley from some of the other local estate agents is the hard work and dedication of the team. Both Ramsay and Malica made every effort to arrange many viewings of the property we were trying to sell until we got the right offer. We regret that initially we advertised the property with a different agent, which meant months lost with only a few viewings. We were delighted to see online a property we really liked also advertised with KFH, which made all the stress of the chain almost non-existent for us as Ramsay and Malica made sure all sides were kept happy and everything went smoothly. All in all a very professional service from a team of enthusiastic and energetic people who clearly know and love their job. We now know where to go next time we decide to go on the market!
