GoogleEXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT - FLAT NOT PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND CLAIMED IT IS - USING A COMPANY CALLED RED TO CLAIM IS THE CASE WHEREBY THE CARPET IN THE SITTING ROOM IS CLEARLY STAINED AND WAS REMOVED SUBSEQUENTLY USING STEAM AND SHAMPOO CLEANING ALSO ASKED TO INSERT A BREAK CLAUSE AND MONTLY ROLLING RENEWALS ON CONTRACT BUT WAS TOLD THE CONTRACT IS STANDARD, NEED TO NEGOTIATE WITH LANDLORD AFTER SIGINING BUT LATER SAID IT WAS TOO LATE AS TENANCY STARTED

It is also from our understanding that our agents sent round cleaners once more after your concerns were raised. We appreciate your frustration and apologise for any upset caused, however unfortunately due to your tenancy agreement being dated and executed on terms agreed previously, it was not possible to amend at this stage. GoogleWe sold our house with KFH in Bromley and they were great. Professional and efficient from start to finish. They understand the local area really well and their marketing was spot on. Our house went on the market in July 2023 and the branch had viewings lined up before it was even on Rightmove. It took 9 days from going live to agreeing the sale, which was very impressive given the state of the market in 2023. Our negotiator Malica and the sales director Charlene gave an excellent service, kept us well informed throughout the selling process, and everything went through without a hitch. We were very happy with the price agreed and exchanged contracts in October 2023.

She was happy to offer friendly advice and help in any way to keep things moving on both sides, The rest of the staff were just as help full, my recommended solicitor from JMW was just as amazing and made the process fairly easy.!!
